    @rsprasad BSNL and MTNL’s first problem is staff and mostly sitting on chars and getting salary. When JIO is managing with small office, these twos electrical bill itself huge. Suggestions 1. Through away land line exchanges and give LL through towers. 2. Try to settle VRS

    @narendramodi I am in passport office Karaikal no network connectivity, BSNL office strike, elderly people, women with infant, college student, home maker all wasted their time here how would our country progress if there is such a big loss for a petty issue.@SushmaSwaraj @rpotrichy

    @ravinderthota12 @KVishReddy @vijayp1256 Because of their employes laziness the service is poor, they dont have accountability. If you port number from airtel, airtel will call you 100 times to change your mind. But bsnl….their losses main curlprint is their employees. I vote for lazy institutions must be sold

    Hi @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR I can make outgoing calls from my BSNL number but I am unable to receive incoming calls and SMS. My number is active and I am recharged with top-up as well. Can you please help me with this? @pib_comm

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate BSNL FTTH Internet connectivity is pathetic in RajaRajeshwari Nagar Bangalore. Every week I am raising atleast one complaint with customer care when it is down. Every time I am asked to wait for 24 hours. It gets fixed. Issue reccurs next day.

    @Smartprix Better go for BSNL. Because Airtel, VI & JIO all are not paying money to money to BSNL. So avoid all private networks . Pls try to develop our GOVT Network .

    @Smartprix I will support BSNL. In Karnataka i am getting 3G network and In TN i am getting 4G network. If they provide constant network I am ready to port my Vodafone number to BSNL.

    @BSNL_JKD I recharged my number today morning with 107 validity extension plan. When calling from other phone to this bsnl number, I get an error “incoming call facility is not available”. I am able to make outgoing calls but incoming calls are not going through. Kindly help
