    @rsprasad BSNL and MTNL’s first problem is staff and mostly sitting on chars and getting salary. When JIO is managing with small office, these twos electrical bill itself huge. Suggestions 1. Through away land line exchanges and give LL through towers. 2. Try to settle VRS

    @airtelindia 6 days no internet. 6 Engineers assigned . 0 turned up . 6 complaint tickets. 0 action. Tickets closed by itself . And no refund on disconnected. Amazing stats . BSNL works better. Poor customer service. Horrible . I live in a amet city BTW. Amazing.

    @arpitachatter Never used jio even now with bsnl close to shutting shop. Don't buy anything reliance on the stock market, don't go to reliance shops, don't buy Fortune, etc. by Adani. Loved Urban Ladder but now owned by reliance so won't buy anymore. Small principles but important for me.

    @TRAI Sir, There is not atleast 2G coverage of BSNL mobile service in passuvennara near devi temple.This area is under perumkadavila exchange in Thiruvananthapuram district. I request you to please rectify the problem. I had given complaint but not yet resolved
