    Hey @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH @cgm_mh_bsnl BSNL FTTH is down (speed less than 1mbps) all over India . No ETA & no comm of such major downtime. This is why people hate #bsnl & look for private players. They don't have any customer service. Time for #BSNLPrivatisation

    @BSNLCorporate Very poor connection in my area. Unable to do WFH. I've been using BSNL WiFi since 3-4 years. But you're not giving the satisfactory services and not even attending my calls or neither replying to mails. Going to change my provider soon.

    why is ftth so elusive @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH ? the fibre line goes in front of my house. apathy also has a limit! @DoT_India at least start the normal broadband and telephone. 3 months since it's down. have some shame! #pune #bsnl

    @BSNLCorporate What kind of service do you have! i ported my sim to BSNL and also paid the recharge amount. Now I see that only porting is completed n recharge is not done.Then why did you take Rs420, when u didn't recharge my number. My incoming is also shut as of now.Pls assist

    @BSNLCorporate Issue is that unable to use BSNL number at the moment.all banks have this number.cannot receive OTP as well.

    @airtelindia bakvas service. Couldnt get Internet network but sending bill on time. Bsnl is better than airtel. atleast they listen.

    @BSNLCorporate How many days is prompt in BSNL’s dictionary? As it’s already 6th day I’m facing issues which not solved yet. And as per the complaint it was supposed to get solved by 29th April.

    @BSNLCorporate @TRAI @KeralaTelecom Reform yourself. Get lean first so that you can run and compete. Cure your fatty lever so that you can survive. I was BSNL life time customer but today I am using cables. BSNL failed to connect my society.

    @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad Respected sir my refund BSNL (M-9423040992) roaming deposit Rs 6500/- is pending with BSNL pune office since 2008. Refund was processed by BSNL Pune and sent to Circle office vide DOC 1901538128. It is pending there now. Can you help me please

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnlpune today morning i received 'Dear Customer, aS per instructions from DoT, your this BSNL mobile number is going to disconnect today,please visit nearest BSNL CSC alongwith POA/POI documents.Thanks.' And now my number stoped ..may i know why ?
