  I have not yet heard from #BSNL even after this post. I have now 2 other phones which are not working after the 1 week lockdown and have open complaints for over 45 days. Am I in right to not pay the bills for the 2 months? @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate

  @rsprasad Can you ask BSNL employee to work proactively and treat customer's in a better way. They treat new customers as burden They are taking long time to set up a new connection i.e 2 weeks where as other telecom operators will do in within 2 to 4 hours. @BSNLCorporate

  My @BSNLCorporate landline and broadband has been dead for over a month now. Had raised a complaint in May, yet no response. I have been giving repeat complaints on 198 but yet no response. I am losing business in an already dull market from who don't have my mobile no. #BSNL

  @PMOIndia In digital India there is no mobile network coverage even BSNL also in a place almost 300 families are residing there. They are felt lots of difficulties to live without network coverage even students are also suffered for their online classes. Poor service.

  @BSNLCorporate 6 month not working my broadband and landline last two weeks back only done the job now your people was sending 7000 changes building I visited your BSNL office also they are also not responding anything I send to mail also so but known responding my billing issue is there.

  No one have followed up and the BSNL officer is hanging up the call. In the end I have to go to your office and tell the officer directly to fix this. Then it gets fixed. This is repeating every 2 months or so. I need a solid connection and good customer support. I pay 913/month.

  @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ @CMDBSNL Employee is demanding lot of amount for new connection.They are asking 7000 for a new connection BSNLfibre.Even am also raised a complaint against them in BSNL but in front of them they'll accept & apologize but again they are doing the same thing

  @BSNLCorporate My bsnl number is 7598743833 i just recharged with 398rs pack today but my old pack is still running at 80kbps speed old pack is frc 108 this very worst i can't access internet after, your customer care people saying plan is activated but here only 80kbps internet
