The only network in Our village is BSNL. That also we don't get if there is power cut. In 2019 we r still dreaming of Internet. Internet connection would be a solution to lot many of our villagers problems.Hoping to get response from you Dear Sir Modiji..@narendramodi

@rsprasad Can you ask BSNL employee to work proactively and treat customer's in a better way. They treat new customers as burden They are taking long time to set up a new connection i.e 2 weeks where as other telecom operators will do in within 2 to 4 hours. @BSNLCorporate

I have not yet heard from #BSNL even after this post. I have now 2 other phones which are not working after the 1 week lockdown and have open complaints for over 45 days. Am I in right to not pay the bills for the 2 months? @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate

My @BSNLCorporate landline and broadband has been dead for over a month now. Had raised a complaint in May, yet no response. I have been giving repeat complaints on 198 but yet no response. I am losing business in an already dull market from who don't have my mobile no. #BSNL

As we are also from a PSU conveyed that, we are unable to pay that amount with out receipt. He just simply returned from location, with out solving the problem. We request your cooperation in this issue. If it continues tsspdcl becomes next BSNL . Thanks & Regards 2/2

@sundarmail @SwarajyaMag After starving BSNL, after killing C DOT, after murdering TRC, TEC and allowing all pvt players to go for Huawei and ZTE. OCS went wholesale to TATAs. Problem from 86 onwards when MTNL was created. Never equal playing field for BSNL&MTNL. Cong & BJP both to blame for this.

@TsspdclCorporat I am P v v Rao, JE Bsnl. We have a power issue from the pole at Dreamvally clny BSNL Cell Tower USC: 101388104. We approached FOC, and One person came to location,Nitesh,7093801145. He insisted Rs.1000/- to solve the issue. 1/2

We r pursuing with FOC, LM, AE since 9AM today, still problem is not solved. If it is time taking work then it is ok, for bribe they just left this work even though visited the location. Bsnl has 1200 meeters, on an avg we get atleast 1 issue/day. How many Rs.1000/- we can pay ?
