They are felt lots of difficulties to live without network coverage even students are also suffered for their online classes. Poor service.

They treat new customers as burden They are taking long time to set up a new connection i.e 2 weeks where as other telecom operators will do in within 2 to 4 hours. @BSNLCorporate

Applied online then called customer service who asked to apply via WhatsApp. Did that too, but nothing happening. Things haven’t changed much unfortunately inspite of your efforts.
