They treat new customers as burden They are taking long time to set up a new connection i.e 2 weeks where as other telecom operators will do in within 2 to 4 hours. @BSNLCorporate

They are felt lots of difficulties to live without network coverage even students are also suffered for their online classes. Poor service.

Feels more like a cultish opposition to public/State owned enterprise. If it was really about "free markets" you'd expect private entities to compete and beat bsnl based on the true "merits" of privately owned enterprise y'all keep harping about. It's 16:50 & #BSNL 4G network was available only 4 few minutes but b4 I could finish composing this issue, it vanished completely. Since BSNL data network vanished, so I posted via Airtel network.
