My @BSNLCorporate landline and broadband has been dead for over a month now. Had raised a complaint in May, yet no response. I have been giving repeat complaints on 198 but yet no response. I am losing business in an already dull market from who don't have my mobile no. #BSNL

@rsprasad Can you ask BSNL employee to work proactively and treat customer's in a better way. They treat new customers as burden They are taking long time to set up a new connection i.e 2 weeks where as other telecom operators will do in within 2 to 4 hours. @BSNLCorporate

The only network in Our village is BSNL. That also we don't get if there is power cut. In 2019 we r still dreaming of Internet. Internet connection would be a solution to lot many of our villagers problems.Hoping to get response from you Dear Sir Modiji..@narendramodi

@AshwiniVaishnaw From more than one year I am using BSNL's broadband (Gig fiber) .Experienced V V pathetic service.Can not rely on my broadband at ALL. Even after opting for 100 mbps bandwidth for office work, I get speed in Kb's and sometimes even worse i.e. NO SERVICE AT ALL.

Dear BSNL It's been 3 days since my last tweet. I'm facing the broadband connection irregularity since last 2 months. I have complained many times in local BSNL office. I have never delayed even 1 day in paying bill, then why am I having to bear all this. @BSNLCorporate

@BSNL_OR sir, The BSNL network in JASHIPUR BLOCK, MAYURBHANJ DISTRICT IS always in poor condition. All time the network is NO SERVICE. TODAY THE SAME PROBLEM IS NO SERVICE. THE NETWORK IS ALWAYS POOR. LOOK AT THIS MATTER and take it seriously. We face a lot of problem.

@ViCustomerCare Vi is the worst network. If they can't give a stable signal in Metros like hyd, blr... Why are they claiming to provide a Giganet experience? Airtel, Jio even bsnl is much better than this ****** network.
