They treat new customers as burden They are taking long time to set up a new connection i.e 2 weeks where as other telecom operators will do in within 2 to 4 hours. @BSNLCorporate

They are felt lots of difficulties to live without network coverage even students are also suffered for their online classes. Poor service.

However, billing is still being generated, which is unfair.Kindly resolve the issue immediately and adjust the bill for downtime.

Airtel not providing a Landline phone since that number doesn't work there we got installed BSNL now they say we can't surrender, if we do they won't provide Canera services.
