They treat new customers as burden They are taking long time to set up a new connection i.e 2 weeks where as other telecom operators will do in within 2 to 4 hours. @BSNLCorporate

And jio customer care as usual not to resolve the issue they blame the device im using iphone 11. Shame on jio care and reliance.
