@rsprasad Can you ask BSNL employee to work proactively and treat customer's in a better way. They treat new customers as burden They are taking long time to set up a new connection i.e 2 weeks where as other telecom operators will do in within 2 to 4 hours. @BSNLCorporate

The only network in Our village is BSNL. That also we don't get if there is power cut. In 2019 we r still dreaming of Internet. Internet connection would be a solution to lot many of our villagers problems.Hoping to get response from you Dear Sir Modiji..@narendramodi

My @BSNLCorporate landline and broadband has been dead for over a month now. Had raised a complaint in May, yet no response. I have been giving repeat complaints on 198 but yet no response. I am losing business in an already dull market from who don't have my mobile no. #BSNL

I have not yet heard from #BSNL even after this post. I have now 2 other phones which are not working after the 1 week lockdown and have open complaints for over 45 days. Am I in right to not pay the bills for the 2 months? @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate

@BSNL_GJ @BSNLCorporate VERY MUCH DISSATISFIED WITH BSNL INTERNET CONNECTION. EVERY DAY DNS SERVER DOWN IN OUR AREA. WHEN I COMPLAIN, ONE PERSON COME CHECK THE LINE OF MODEM AND THEN RESLOVE THE COMPLAIN. CAN ANY ONE HELP? DNS SERVER NOT RESPONDING. NO INTERNET ACCESS.

Service providers have formed a cartel and the govt is backing up the rich capitalist, bsnl died due to sarkari babus and govt. Now middle-class money is sucking is the motto.

You have the worst Network #Airtel @airtelindia. Seriously being in Bangalore, the signal I receive is worst than the worst ever BSNL. While calling from Airtel to Jio, I always hear someone is answering the call before the call gets connected to other person. Continue.... Thread

I want to recharge my BSNL numbers to use internet but indoor there was totally signal or hardly in a day I get 2g tower for 10min to 30mins otherwise totally no tower.

@Mourya_fabulous @airtelindia I travel a lot and I use BSNL. From Ladakh to West Bengal, BSNL was the best. At some places BSNL is the only network. At some places it has 4G which beats other telecom operators. Even 3G has good speed of 6-8 mbps.
