They treat new customers as burden They are taking long time to set up a new connection i.e 2 weeks where as other telecom operators will do in within 2 to 4 hours. @BSNLCorporate

They are felt lots of difficulties to live without network coverage even students are also suffered for their online classes. Poor service.

Now even poor using mobile phones due to free calls and cheapest data in world. Public interest is important than saving BSNL.
