  @BSNLKERALA @BSNL_KL Pathetic service by BSNL. Landline is not working for long time.. but BSNL promptly chases for bill payment on registered mobile. Why don't you call on landline for landline payment? At least you will know that the line is down.

  @BSNL_PB My landline no is 01765260786 My wifi isn't working since past 2 months i have called the people at BSNL office near my home multiple times to fix it They say it is fixed but in truth it always faulty This is disgraceful since I am paying the bills for nothing

  @DisneyPlusHS I had a Hotstar Premium subsciption active, I used my number to get a new BSNL connection and my hotstar subsciption has been downgraded to Super ? What kind of service is this?

  @BSNLCorporate So 2 times to a total recharge was done,one was on 11th which mobikwik says is successful but bsnl call support denies,latest we did was on 15th again with the same amount with other company i.e successful. So please provide a written confirmation that that recharge wasn’t done.

  @BSNLCorporate Why has BSNL BTS been closed at Block kotwa 845437 dist Mothiari Bihar. After complaning no action has taken.This area is out of bsnl network coverage. How kind of digitalization it is!my bsnl no +919474169422 right now I'm in Bihar circle very poor service

  Whereas those having Airtel, Vodaphone and Jio connections had no problem. They were having full networks along with data. Generally I find that in any remote place in India where no other network is available, only BSNL is available.
