They treat new customers as burden They are taking long time to set up a new connection i.e 2 weeks where as other telecom operators will do in within 2 to 4 hours. @BSNLCorporate

Yet the issue has not been fixed but you expect me to pay the monthly dues on time! #frustratedcustomer
