My @BSNLCorporate landline and broadband has been dead for over a month now. Had raised a complaint in May, yet no response. I have been giving repeat complaints on 198 but yet no response. I am losing business in an already dull market from who don't have my mobile no. #BSNL

@PMOIndia In digital India there is no mobile network coverage even BSNL also in a place almost 300 families are residing there. They are felt lots of difficulties to live without network coverage even students are also suffered for their online classes. Poor service.

@rsprasad Can you ask BSNL employee to work proactively and treat customer's in a better way. They treat new customers as burden They are taking long time to set up a new connection i.e 2 weeks where as other telecom operators will do in within 2 to 4 hours. @BSNLCorporate

I have not yet heard from #BSNL even after this post. I have now 2 other phones which are not working after the 1 week lockdown and have open complaints for over 45 days. Am I in right to not pay the bills for the 2 months? @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate

@gpr90662b @tavleen_singh It was 2004-05, I went to local BSNL office for the complaints as there was no network for last 2-3 days. Their employee told me, "Duniya aage ja rahi hai aap har hafte yaha complain karne chale aate ho, itni sari company aa gayi hai sir koi aur SiM le le chutti karo"

@BSNLCorporate After 2 calls wid BSNL customer care, I posted on twitter in order to get intervention of mgmt bt seems like every1 is sleeping & customer has to pay them salary/bill regardless of service usage. Sorry willnot help as my office hours r interuppted because of negligence of BSNL.

@JioCare Most pathetic fiber network. Network outage close to 24 hrs. Customer care tell you to wait for 2 hours every time you call. BSNL works better then Jio fiber. Regretting to switch to Jiofiber from BSNL.

@MeenuSandilya @BSNLCorporate I even tried sending the porting message to 1900 in Andhra Pradesh, that has also failed at 1 AM (so daily quota should not be an issue). So the problem is that I'm unable to send messages to 1900 number anywhere in BSNL. Why is message to 1900 blocked by BSNL deliberately?

@GirishNaught Because the installation is outsourced. Wait for the connection to get disrupted, there won't be repairs for months. I had installed BSNL FTTH connection 2 years ago, the service was down >80% of the time. I used to expedite complaints via a family friend but he took VRS now

@TejForTweet Mother of all PSU BSNL has to go, pathetic service, 3rd class customer care and archaic data plans. Another biggest loss making machine is state discoms. Sala dukh hota hai PSU sun kar. Another great loser OFB.

@tavleen_singh ONGC was in profit why govt Demonetise it, Railway was in profit most of the time and moreover it is for service not for profit still you are selling it. Modi ji himself destroyed BSNL single-handedly by favouring Jio. Non-performing assets are our leaders not our companies.

@coolicykool @gpr90662b @tavleen_singh Point is the general attitude of government employees, today BSNL has outdated technology but they are under tremendous pressure now and today same employee must be afraid of loosing the Sarkari stamp, he will now beg to continue the service but I moved on.
