I have not yet heard from #BSNL even after this post. I have now 2 other phones which are not working after the 1 week lockdown and have open complaints for over 45 days. Am I in right to not pay the bills for the 2 months? @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK Good Day BSNL, My Business No 0824 2953722 With Internet Connection out off order since 2 Months.All Payment R updated try to connect Customer care but no Response till today, I think BSNL no need Business.Very much disappointed,Need to update BSNL.

My @BSNLCorporate landline and broadband has been dead for over a month now. Had raised a complaint in May, yet no response. I have been giving repeat complaints on 198 but yet no response. I am losing business in an already dull market from who don't have my mobile no. #BSNL

The only network in Our village is BSNL. That also we don't get if there is power cut. In 2019 we r still dreaming of Internet. Internet connection would be a solution to lot many of our villagers problems.Hoping to get response from you Dear Sir Modiji..@narendramodi

@rsprasad Can you ask BSNL employee to work proactively and treat customer's in a better way. They treat new customers as burden They are taking long time to set up a new connection i.e 2 weeks where as other telecom operators will do in within 2 to 4 hours. @BSNLCorporate

BSNL FTTH in my area was down on 10/11/22.Internet was restored later. Since then internet connection has lots of issues. No internet sometimes, slow internet, high latency, etc. Complaints 129769177802 closed & 129829337372 in progress. No progress. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN

@narendramodi @AshwiniVaishnaw BSNL don’t have 4g/5g. JIO/Airtel launched 4g in 2016 it’s been 6 yr completed now 4g service is completely saturated so private moving toward 5g but BSNL still think about 4g. In 2022 BSNL 3G not available everywhere. So please confirm when will BSNL launching pan India 4g/5g?

@BSNLCorporate I have been using bsnl ftth for past 2 years. Terrible service. I’m waiting for airtel xtream to launch in my area. My neighbours are also waiting for the same. I won’t recommend bsnl for WFH. You’ll end up jobless. Stay away guys.
