    Hey, @BSNLCorporate Our landline and broadband are down from last 1 week, this is 2nd time we are facing this issue in 2 months. Every month is a new issue. Tho local bsnl team is not working as per the situation #BSNL

    @KHURAPATT Why this Randirona, use Airtel It's 20% costlier than Jio & worst internet & speed. Did anyone forcing you to use Jio? If plan price is your concern use BSNL It's much cheaper?

    @UKakarla89423 @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate It seems like a potential mismatch in testing. Your other BSNL SIM works in the A36, suggesting the phone supports VoLTE, but your main SIM might need reprovisioning or settings tweak. Check Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > enable VoLTE calls (BSNL-specific if available). If issues persist, reach out to Samsung for A36-BSNL compatibility details.

    @Jeetuburdak @reliancejio @JioCare U.P CM help line no 1076 &cyber crime 1530 not valid for JIO network once plan expired but as per govt of india guideline 1 no phone series are toll free and such emergency no. can call in spite of telecom plan expired as BSNL giving us. But JIO not. so hope you can understand

    @BSNLCorporate I have sent a letter to the personnel handling BSNL connections in our area requesting disconnection of my account in August 25 and all my dues were cleared. Even till today I am being charged monthly. This is disappointing and uncalled for . Kindly fix please.

    @pravesh814 Dear Customer, Incoming facility on your BSNL Landline is barred for account No. 8009259757, Tel No. 06223231490. Please pay Rs. 1517 immediately for restoration of the service and to avoid Permanent Disconnection. पैसा देने के बाद भी कनेक्शन काट दिया गया

    @JM_Scindia ,@CMDBSNL.@BSNL_HYDBA. BSNL outsourcing Broadband area wise model is failure. service is pathetic in last 3 months. broadband connectivity frequent failure. -040 29991256. no root cause analysis on frequent repeated complaints.
