    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL we are lodge complaint several times but didn't get solution for our landline phone since last 4month our phone is not working. My no 07267222584.We contacted bsnl officier but this issue is not solved.

    @netshrink It never came alive. My father visited their office at least 30 times ..they sent us bills for 2 months ..then stopped. Such was the smug of their employees. Who cares for the customer. The day I will see BSNL dead, will have a hearty lough. 2/2

    @balahla It's a crazy strategy in india because the state here is weak. it's ability to deliver basic services is not the best, like however bad private telecom is, the experience is still better than BSNL. They are nice ppl in BSNL and I feel bad but still not the easiest to deal with.

    @bsnl_tt I have been facing issues with my bsnl connection for the past 3 days. There is no internet, no incoming or outgoing. My SIM is from Bihar but I'm currently staying in Telangana. I am DMing you the details. Please look into this issue.

    @netshrink What does this even mean? Cellphone calls + cheap data (thanks to private companies) allowing unlimited calls and video calls are hands down better than that costly BSNL khidki signal (only near windows). This tweet actually says that Pvt is much much better than govt.

    @BSNLCorporate my internet is not working from past 5 days and when I ask service provider to resolve the issue they are telling me to stop using bsnl wifi connection.

    @netshrink I have been using private networks since 2006. Yes faced issues sometime. But let me tell a story about BSNL- Our landline went dead along with many more customers in 2009 or 2010(dont remember exact yr) and was promised a fix in 15 days ... 1/2
