My area Malkapur dist- Buldhana. Customer name- Amol Patil.We contacted bsnl officier also but he is not seriously tk action

    @Magheart2009 It's still not fixed yet. 4th day, this is not the first time. Even after completing in person of broadband and on call. Since my bsnl commercial recharge is 481 and airtel 499, service is much better. So now I have converted business broadband number to airtel xstream fibre.

    @BSNLCorporate we have Airtel 4g, jio 4g at Muddenahalli village, chikkabalapur,KA.does BSNL has any plan for 4g service in this rural area ? But sad part is, we are still getting 2g signal only but still paying for data.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ @CMDBSNL Same reply that funds will be initiated thru NEFT soon, as a BSNL Customer, we duly abide by bills and we pay bills regularly and on time so why can't BSNL refund customers' hard-earned Security deposits.

    @BSNL_RJ very poor speed of Bsnl fibre net. And poor services too, even after complaining 10 times on call and mail ,nobody visited us and speed , latency got worse Very poor network specially from Month of December 2022. Sad thing is nobody care about it . We are disappointed

    @BSNLCorporate @BsnlFiber I made a complaint yesterday regarding my FTTH 0651-2972498 at about 6.30pm 16804130052 Past midnight, it was updated as Resolved. Now even after 24hrs, it isn't working. Does BSNL want to revive? Why this false updation @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @BSNLCorporate I am facing issue with my BSNL broadband. All lights are green in my router but internet is not working. I called customer care but no response. I am working from home and due to this issue I am not able to work. Please look into the issue.

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_ap_circle when I send port message the reply from Bsnl is upc for Bsnl number could not be processed , why this is happening , you don’t support esim and you are not sending the upc then what customer should do now ?

    @BSNL_OR Bsnl - you are taking 24 hours to revert, how long will you take to resolve this, issue is pending since 28th Dec.
