    @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate The installation and maintenance is in the hands of private entities, who will keep cutting corners - I called the installation guy and still there was no visit to see / solve the issue. Ping times are reaching up to 3600ms. #BSNL #BSNLstaff (3/n)

    @WBPolice What likely happened: Phone was stolen Emergency contact accessed via lock screen → phishing SMS sent SIM (BSNL physical) removed from device Inserted into another phone, number retrieved even after block Same SMS sent to that number pretending to help recover the device

    @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate already regretting my decision to get the copper line replaced by fiber - both don't work. My monthly outflow has increased by almost 250 - I am still having to connect using #vodafoneidea hotspot, because both #BSNL and #jio coverage is poor (5/n)

    @Georgiameloniii @sidhant Since two quarters bsnl is now in profit. They are working towards the issue you've raised I think they are going for 5G bundled with 4g tech on towers. Ongoing process bhai
