My area Malkapur dist- Buldhana. Customer name- Amol Patil.We contacted bsnl officier also but he is not seriously tk action

    Hey, @BSNLCorporate Our landline and broadband are down from last 1 week, this is 2nd time we are facing this issue in 2 months. Every month is a new issue. Tho local bsnl team is not working as per the situation #BSNL

    @BSNL_TN My experience with bsnl fibre is good so far. Quality of service depends on local partner. Some are good and bad too. They have to focus on customer's satisfaction to retain it's customers. We have to pay for the fibre cable, connection is not free. Mostly they charge 10~15/meter

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Respected sir I have BSNL fiber connection no. 07538299034 was dead from 1st to 7th April & is dead from 22nd April till today. Nobody (JTO AMBAH & TDM MORENA M.P.) is listing. Please help me.
