Dear @PMOIndia, If there is one first thing we need to privatize in our country ... I would recommended @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HP .... 50 MBPS ka plan lo speed aati hai 2 MbPS ...Problem is we just have BSNL broadband in our area and they have pathetic customer service

There is a person in exchange whose name is "Mr Pathak" that never gives a solution and another person is "My Vishal Garg" who provides connection. both of them does not solve the problem. Every BSNL customer in my circle is feeding up with complaints.

@BSNLCorporate Please don't give typical answers! Let me know what's the root cause of problem & how much time it will require to address it! Though BSNL BB services are stopped, I have paid full amt of bill in given time! Hence, quick action is expecetd please!Work is badly affected!

@BSNLCorporate @mygovindia @UN Recharged with Rs599 WFH pack worked fine for 3 days, now not getting 3G signal. Called SDE bsnl of my area he says do it manually,Tried to select it manually but it's not happening. I promise i will burn this sim card after 3 months. Enjoy with my 599Rs

in our village. We observed from last one year of time minimum 5 to 10 times(means approximately 2 month to 3months no signals ) happened BSNL tower not working no signals. Please provide parmanent solutions to our village .
