Total ~₹3.23 lakh crore (2019 se ab tak), incl 2022 ka ₹1.64L Cr aur 2023 ka ₹89k Cr. 2025-26 budget: ₹33,758 Cr allocated for tech upgrade & restructuring. Utilization (till FY24-25 end): ~₹72,028 Cr out of ₹82,916 Cr, mostly on 4G/5G rollout, spectrum, debt relief. Details: Spectrum allotment (~₹45k Cr), network expansion, VRS for employees.     What kind of idiots work at bsnl man. Second month in a row they send the wrong bill. And that wrong bill always has extra charges, never lesser. They think people are reading the bills and just paying. Looks like PSUs have started looting too.
