They will close your complaints without any resolution and there is absolutely no one on this planet to make them accountable.     @BSNL_KTK I am getting hard time change my post paid plan, everytim customer care people asking to visit bsnl office. When Pvt Telco sending sim at home, doing all update over phone bsnl not taking change request over phone. BSNL don't want serve customers but blames Pvt for loss
