@BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_JK thank you for pathetic service by BSNL on FTTH. Even esclated to nodal officer, but no action taken. Seems like I have to change service provider. NO CONNECTIVITY, PROVIDES ONLY 4 MBPS instead of 100 MBPS.

@BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate PATHETIC SERVICE No Internet - 3weeks on FTTH Mr Kausik Dhar will not listen and solve. Manisha Mam has replied but no action taken by anyone. They have changed connections to new vendor. No resolution. Publicly destroying BSNL's image might work.
