No Strong Public Sector Option BSNL could have provided a cheap alternative for rural poor, but it has been starved of 4G/5G rollout and modernization. With BSNL weak, private players dominate pricing.

steps and resolve this issue at the earliest. Such long delays in complaint resolution are affecting trust and reliability in #BSNL services. Hope #BSNL will respond quickly and ensure smooth service restoration without further delay. Thanks @TCS @TejasN_Official @bsnl_care

@mohitlaws Who is stopping @BSNLCorporate to compete with Jio. Few of my close associates took BSNL last month during there 1Rs sim promotion, but are very dissatisfied with network coverage and speed of data. @JM_Scindia must take up the challenge if not BSNL would collapse very soon.

@TelecomTalk The only problem with BSNL is its geographical restrictions. If you are from Tamilnadu and you lost your phone in Maharashtra, you can't get a new sim in Maharashtra. You have to travel back to Tamilnadu and get a new sim. Why is this much inconvenience??
