I don't know whether CEO knows that their customer representatives are buch of illiterates who couldn't understand a single query. Always suggests the customer to call 4 hours later

    @TrakinTech we need another strong player to break their duopoly. BSNL is lagging behind but VI can revive the telecom market. Jio network sucks in rural areas. airtel network sucks while roaming. still they are just focusing on increasing rates.

    @bholamarwadi @Advaidism We tried, BSNL service is bad. OTPs not coming in time. Even while sitting at home in a tier 2 city. Calling my mom(she had gone to the local market just to get veggies) and the response was that her phone is switched off.
