If ur unable to serve the customers then shut down ur new activations...Why ur cheating on existing customers..If ur existing Infrastructure is not capable to Handle existing Traffic Load then close all new and resolve old cpmplaints..

Yesterday, I faced an outage and logged a complaint via their helpline, the problem was resolved within 5 hours. I was surprised by their quick telephonic response and the fast resolution. I recommend BSNL FTTH.
