  Dear @BSNLCorporate, I visited BSNL Telephone Exchange, Pind Dholewal to collect my booked SIM. Staff refused to issue it, called the official ₹51 Freedom Offer "fake," and demanded ₹101. Kindly investigate and provide a written explanation.

  @jitendraverma__ @JioCare @airtelindia Not sure about VI but never switch to BSNL they don't have any mobile internet it is just 3g or edge rarely you will get LTE or 4g.

  @bsnl_care Can't bsnl has no brain to think? Why do new tower is needed just to fix ups in old tower? New one will take 20 yrs to build. Untill then, how to use bsnl? Pls do the job atleast for the paid every month from people money. What's problem in fixing current tower?? @PMOIndia

  @NalinisKitchen BsNL network is useless I tried several times but got fed up . May be that's where the telecom policy where it has become oligopolistic market for airtel and Jio. idea barely surviving BSNL running only due to govt funds .Consumers taken for granted

  @bsnl_care Who asked new tower?? Stupid!!! Only asked to fix the ups in current tower and never requested new tower. Omg. Bsnl first have a good customer executive.@PMOIndia do ind is paying for bsnl who doesn't even understand concern that has already 25+ complaints. Pathetic bsnl
