    @BSNLCorporate Sir, you are factually incorrect. The problem is not resolved. I have selected lover plan as BSNL official told me to do so, because the infrastructure of BSNL is not capable to provide the desired internet speed. Still I'm using 100mbps plan and I'm hardly getting 40mbps speed.

    @Uday021266 @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH From more than 15 days, I'm facing the issue, I've tried many times to contact bsnl customer care but the number get disconnected many times. It's nothing but consumer harassment.

    @BSNLCorporate please help, I have opted ₹999 BSNL Bharat fibre plan and as per plan I should get 150 MBPS speed but I am getting only 30 to 40 MBPS. Telephone No. 02113-222934. Also Hotstar subscription is not activated. @BSNL_MH

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_mh_pune I am unable to place call from my BSNL mobile number 7776061148 to specific number of ICICI bank 02233667777. I tried from different bsnl number but all had same issue. This issue is not unresolved since I raised complaint on 31/3/22.

    Are the defects are with the @BSNLCorporate or with the Government or with the people. But here I cannot blame people because why will go for other networks than using government network, are they fools? No. The problem is with the Government and BSNL. Because they are slow (2/3)

    @taah_zzzz @RaisinaSeries Punjab is home to Airtel! Sab ho jaayega! Reliance is able to give those prices because they never had to go through the harassment that others went though and Govt killed BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate @UNinIndia @UN ID is 9000453551 booking for ftth BSNL new connection but BSNL bypass my connection to local ward member for Rs 6000 and he had given me a new connection on 5th December 2020. Tacklel with booking number for corruption. But BSNL never call me for any query BSNL say not to pay

    @DanishKh4n BSNL, RVNL etc... they were supposed to provide service also. Khaali infrastructure bana ke kya hoga.

    @CGM_GUJ_BSNL Sir, I called BSNL Executive today and was promised that there will be solution soon as the some new technology is being developed. Not sure about exact date though. Request to expedite the process. The most happening area in Bhavnagar is my area at present.

    @BSNLCorporate Thanks, just now after 7th days down now it's working... but very poor service, maintain the punctuality and try to improve service policies and services so that more and more customers will add with BSNL

    @Paytmcare Hi Team, I have made a Mobile Bill payment from Paytm App was ported from BSNL to Idea. However the payment is shown as paid to BSNL. Please help. @BSNLCorporate @ViCustomerCare
