@BSNLCorporate @OfficeOfSDhotre @PMOIndia BSNL Bihar not on Twitter & Koo. BSNLBihar prepaid charge for 5GB a day but provides 2GB a day. U can't view even a hindi movie. No one there to care. How this organization expect public support?

Dear @BSNLCorporate @bsnlbiharlive @MoitOfficial you are promising 4g but its poor than 2g and while complaining about it to call centre the ivr says "you waiting time is 27 minutes. What a great achievement head's off to service. That's why PPL say Bhai sahab nahi lagega #bsnl

literally BSNL folks are forcing me to disconnect landline and switch to diff operator. i know at least 100 folks who has disconnected BSNL bcoz of deficient service. please revamp the staff before investing any more money @PMOIndia @narendramodi

It has been 3 weeks that we are without landline due to BSNL delays. The customer service person says he is overloaded!What sort of service is this?

Thats is why no one is wasting his time to take gov facilities. I am trying to turn on my landline phone since 2 weeks ago. BSNL employes are not even picking my call. Complaint no.- 1057954086. Please help as Gov is paying salary to you guys to help. @BSNLCorporate @SaurabhStv
