    Dear @BSNLCorporate @bsnlbiharlive @MoitOfficial you are promising 4g but its poor than 2g and while complaining about it to call centre the ivr says "you waiting time is 27 minutes. What a great achievement head's off to service. That's why PPL say Bhai sahab nahi lagega #bsnl

    @BSNLCorporate @OfficeOfSDhotre @PMOIndia BSNL Bihar not on Twitter & Koo. BSNLBihar prepaid charge for 5GB a day but provides 2GB a day. U can't view even a hindi movie. No one there to care. How this organization expect public support?

    @reliancejio @VodafoneGroup @airtelindia There is no answer to Jio's poor speed. Most expensive recharge done for 1 year but Jio's 4G speed means 1G. BSNL is also faster than them. Ambani ji is going to bring 5G now means he is going to bring 2G.

    Customer care is saying to wait for 2 hours. do i need to wait till 12 midnight and then again call with the same issue. Services are really becoming annoying in BSNL.I request to please look over this matter.I am from punjab andi request to please look over this and solve issue

    @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw In Bhagwangola(Pin-742135) BSNL network does not work during power cut. It is not at all acceptable in 2022. BSNL should maintain proper power backup system for the towers.
