    Dear @BSNLCorporate @bsnlbiharlive @MoitOfficial you are promising 4g but its poor than 2g and while complaining about it to call centre the ivr says "you waiting time is 27 minutes. What a great achievement head's off to service. That's why PPL say Bhai sahab nahi lagega #bsnl

    @BSNLCorporate @OfficeOfSDhotre @PMOIndia BSNL Bihar not on Twitter & Koo. BSNLBihar prepaid charge for 5GB a day but provides 2GB a day. U can't view even a hindi movie. No one there to care. How this organization expect public support?

    @ViCustomerCare Really Bull**t network #BSNL is much much better than Vi, all other are supporting 4G+, LTE+ but still Vi on E and 4G, failed to provide carrier aggregation in mid of 2022. Nerver think of 5G it's never possible for you.

    @BSNL_CG_Circle @BSNLCorporate sir i am chandra from srinagar gudhiyari road raipur chhattisgarh pin 492008.evry time bsnl officer call and tell me your problem solve in 2 days but from last 1 year bsnl network can't improve. so please humble request to solve my problem.

    @kumarmanish9 My mum worked with BSNL & in their heydays, everyone had to visit BSNL offices to pay the bills. She managed backend ops & never saw her or the rest of her colleagues even looking at the calculator as reconciled the accounts at end of each day. So much relate to this

    @_vaibhavjain similar incident happened to me this summer. went to ice cream parlour. took the ice cream. i was at bsnl sim that day. it took 7 to 10 minutes to pay (low network). I was goddamn sweating in a ice cream parlour.
