@BSNLCorporate @devusinh Hi Sir. It's been an year and my simple issue has not been resolved. #AO_Katihar is directly denying to help stating that he's not technically experienced. This is happening at the ground level. I believe #BSNL can't make their customers satisfied with these employees.

@BSNLCorporate @OfficeOfSDhotre @PMOIndia BSNL Bihar not on Twitter & Koo. BSNLBihar prepaid charge for 5GB a day but provides 2GB a day. U can't view even a hindi movie. No one there to care. How this organization expect public support?

Dear @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR We are not coming to the netwark of BSNL, due to which we are not able to use any of this DATA. Please help. Otherwise, he will leave bsnl and move to Airtel. Thank you🙏🙏

Dear @BSNLCorporate @bsnlbiharlive @MoitOfficial you are promising 4g but its poor than 2g and while complaining about it to call centre the ivr says "you waiting time is 27 minutes. What a great achievement head's off to service. That's why PPL say Bhai sahab nahi lagega #bsnl

@Airtel_Presence My no. 8498811333 is not working.3rd time in last 6 years. it with Airtel SIM only not with BSNL or JIO why? N on new SIM I will not get text messages for next 24 to 48 hrs . So if any fraud happens to my bank accounts who will be responsible for that?

@BSNLCorporate ok, Got It, Also facing problems with plan changing. When I talk to Customer are, they say contact to LOCAL BSNL Exchange, I have submitted application too. BSNL exchange says - You can change ONLINE. On BSNL portal, There's no option to downgrade the plan. need ₹599 plan
