    Dear @BSNLCorporate @bsnlbiharlive @MoitOfficial you are promising 4g but its poor than 2g and while complaining about it to call centre the ivr says "you waiting time is 27 minutes. What a great achievement head's off to service. That's why PPL say Bhai sahab nahi lagega #bsnl

    @BSNLCorporate @OfficeOfSDhotre @PMOIndia BSNL Bihar not on Twitter & Koo. BSNLBihar prepaid charge for 5GB a day but provides 2GB a day. U can't view even a hindi movie. No one there to care. How this organization expect public support?

    @BSNLCorporate @devusinh Hi Sir. It's been an year and my simple issue has not been resolved. #AO_Katihar is directly denying to help stating that he's not technically experienced. This is happening at the ground level. I believe #BSNL can't make their customers satisfied with these employees.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw If computers are not working why keep post offices open sell it to ST couriers majority of post offices in Chennai face Internet issues due to antiquated BSNL ,systems always down poor suffer rich prefer ST Courier why waste you work with Ambanis why not introduce jio in posts

    @omnamaha333 @narendramodi @VivaTech I wanna be in bsnl coz it's a govt company while jio and Airtel is private. If bsnl don't have a wide network service then who is responsible for it ? For your kind information criticism is integral part of democracy. If public will have no problem and issue there'll be no devlop, I can see your mentality level by his response.

    @IndianGems_ If the government really cared, they would offer a basic plan in BSNL. It already has PAN India 2g network and it's adequate for calls. But no, they just divert you towards the corporate to save their ***.

    @BSNLCorporate I ported my number from Airtel to BSNL. The porting was completed on 18 June at 11:56 PM, but as of 19 June 8:19 AM, I am unable to make or receive calls and I am not receiving OTPs either.This is causing serious inconvenience. Please look into the issue.@BSNL_UPE

    @Aunindyo2023 - Quality of smart phones is completely bad - Prepaid phone plans have become costlier Most subscribers will have moved/already moved to simple phones maybe with bsnl SIM. This is indeed a warning sign !!

    @bsnl_care When will bsnl give solution? When will bsnl install UPS in sokkanur tower_642109? Even today, morning 5.45 to 6.15 am, no bsnl tower signal due to no power. How to trust bsnl on emergency otps and calls? Why should we use bsnl then?
