@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel Black feeling like today’s BSNL. In fact even BSNL DSL Internet is better than Airtel Fibre and Airtel Black premium service is all smoke and no fire. Just Empty Promises. No Internet for 2 days.

@BSNL_OR I cannot view any information in my Broadband account after logging. I tried to resolve the same with customer care executive but they put my call on hold & after about 15 minutes suddenly she put off my call. Very pathetic service of BSNL. My customer ID is 3008394565.

@BSNLCorporate Any update?? Still facing unstable connection and speed fluctuations in the network. Answer to any issues from bsnl is we are facing technical issues so solve it why it is taking soo long.

@utsavtechie Yes,But mind it, those bsnl service will be applied to all rural part, govt offices, defence, railways, airports.And all govt entities... Advance research and defence would use 5G tho... This may be a back slash to bsnl...but it has a chance to get it profitable and out of loans.

@BSNL_UPW I used BSNL Air fibre and it's shows very poor connection and disconnectivity of network issue after 15-20 min .I complaint for the same to BSNL OFFICE Mawana, District - Meerut and also to SDO Meerut (Up) But no action had taken yet for resolving the issue.
