    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH BSNL tower connectivity is unreliable, goes off every day more than 15 hours. Bring BSNL registered Mobile numbers, put us in panic, unable to attend jobs. Please find out solution and help us.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial Sir.  I am a Senior Citizen staying at Vashi Sector 22 , Turbhe Village Post office road. the problem is area MTNL/BSNL not available mobile network not getting MTNL mobile network we complain so many time .6 month there is no response.

    @sanket If the Government run BSNL and MTNL will provide on par service (which they are in fact capable of) who will turn to the private players. This is a deliberate attempt so that those intending to benefit can fill their coffers.

    Fifteen days. No BSNL network. Endless complaints, zero resolution. Half my recharge wasted, OTPs blocked, essential government work affected.“Please wait” is not support anymore — it’s negligence.BSNL fix the tower immediately or compensate users for the service failure.
