@BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw First of all improve infrastructure to provide proper service to existing prepaid & fiber customers then launch new plans. What is the benefit of these plans if there is hours of signal loss in both services daily and BSNL replies that backup batteries are dead

@BSNLCorporate Till now Sir, no network...kindly take early necessary action..we are paying for the service everyday with data packs. Sir, any relaxation would be given by bsnl for not having network for 2 days.

We applied for BSNL optical fibre network in Kerala, Perumbavoor section about one week ago and they are still not able to install it in that period, so I’m wondering if this is what the staffs are capable of doing or do they not need any more customers?

@BSNLCorporate there was no network in my BSNL SIM from 20/12/2022 16:30 to 21/12/2022 11:30. I couldn't use internet services or any call or msg services. One day of my recharge plan vanish without any use. @ZeeNews @BSNLCorporate
