@BSNLCorporate The bsnl mobile network tower situated near visapur(Guhagar taluka, Ratnagiri district) is very unpredictable. From last 15 days we don't have internet connection.We have 2G network only. 3G network facility is not working. What's the problem?

As on 30th April 2021, the private access service providers held 89.80% market share of the wireless subscribers whereas #BSNL and #MTNL, the two PSU access service providers, had a market share of only 10.20%

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Kudos to ACT Hyderabad for beating BSNL in customer dis-satisfaction. My broadband line is down for almost 2 days now, and your team is not bothered to fix it (nor inform the customer if there is a serious issue).

I am requesting for a fiber broadband from last 6 months but all the vendors from bsnl are just ignoring as they don't have wires in my area. It is er much required pls help me get a connection. I am from Paralakhemundi, Gajapati, Odisha #JioFiber #dmgajapati #bsnlodisha

Though I know my decision to share this experience will not make any change in the process but I believe it's better to inform the organisation their flaws to make them a better service provider. With all these reasons i have left with no other reason but to stop using BSNL sim
