Dear @BSNL_RJ @BSNLCorporate It's been a month since I requested for a BSNL Bharat Fiber Broadband with Ref no 9000513565. I hav called tens of ur support executives but still no call for installation. With such bad response how do you think u can add customer's! @rsprasad!!

@rishibagree BSNL is not running in taxpayer money. Which type of economist you are.BSNL is suffering due to govt policies, At present it's employees are working 12-15 hours daily. Why govt is not giving 4G to BSNL. Just to support JIO.

@yabhishekhd For all those asking why not directly launch 5G, they are using the hardware that is capable for both 4G and 5G, once it installed on every site, they will enable 5G by software update, according to BSNL officials and TCS which is providing software and hardware support!

I called JTO Sir, BSNL exchange Aliganj, and they are saying give the application to third party vendor and to BSNL, which is such a dumb idea. Can someone help here to close my connection as I am not using it from 22nd Sep and obviously BSNL should still be billing me on this.
