@OpIndia_com What about incompetent officers & poor services? Covering is not enough. We are just below BSNL tower at 790106 Lumla in Tawang but rarely get even 3G services and frequently don’t even get regular mobile service.

Hello @BSNL_RJ @BSNLCorporate My bsnl prepaid number is deactivated and i want to activate my number. I'm very frustrate bcoz no any one bsnl office employee don't help me. I was given a new sim 15 days ago with Rs 4000 but my number has not been activated yet.

It is so difficult to block bsnl @BSNLCorporate @BSNLINDORE number from another sim ,nobody picks up on their customer care number.Also my jio number which was in the same mobile is also jot getting blocked due to some unreasonable demand of an alternate jio number @reliancejio

@rpbreakingnews @BSNL_RJ landline - Broadband service is not working since June 2021. Lodged complaints many times but everytime its closed without resolution. Many customers are frustrated and visiting BSNL Sardarpura office but problem not solving. Kindly check.

@BSNLCorporate Not able to use internet services in PATNA BIHAR 800026. Mobile internet speed is very slow a GOOGLE search result takes 3-4 mins to show. Not even able to play YOUTUBE videos in 144p resolution. Bsnl is only company whose EMPLOYEES dont use their own company sim.

@BSNLCorporate Every time I try to do my urgent work, or joining office on Monday my bsnl fiber shows no Internet, and when i call office they said everything is fine, and my dealer said issue from bsnl. I guess its time to shift to private network provider.
