    @kiranshaw Except Banks, Most other digital Platforms , Seemed to be Enjoying A Licensed non Responsive holiday During the Lockdown. With Reporting a Server down,Or inability of maintenance Staff to move. BSNL stands out. Except in Raising Bills.

    @OpIndia_com What about incompetent officers & poor services? Covering is not enough. We are just below BSNL tower at 790106 Lumla in Tawang but rarely get even 3G services and frequently don’t even get regular mobile service.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Value is, you get refund after a year with lot of follow ups. Benefits are you are not given rebate if network is down for more than 5 days. This is bsnl broadband where I have experienced in the last decade.
