@DoT_India @BSNLCorporate continuously tweeting to BSNL, telling them that there customer service isn't working. The call connects for 10-15 seconds but as soon as the IVRS transfer the call to an executive, it disconnects. No help from any team. Trying to get a ftth connection

@narendramodi I am 70 yr old SrCitizen living with my wife of 63 yrs. A Landline telephone conn is a need of the day for emergency. Applied online on 22/01/2021.BSNL commits LL conn within 7 days but Kol Tele failed. Complain Regn PMOPG /E/2021/0068622 with PMO. No Action. Alas!

a simple broadband connection which could be provided at max ₹ 2000 including router .. why should i pay ₹ 7-10k for it..Your BSNL peoples seems to be supporting this modus operandi..and never available even i raised request so many times..can i get help from you..
