    @BSNL_TN I'm using BSNL Fiber, and for the past week, ZEE5 and Sony Liv OTT platforms have not been workingโ€”they appear to be unsubscribed. I raised complaint for the same but didn't get any response so far. Location - Ayothiyapattinam, Salem.

    @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate what is wrong with BSNL network? My mobile number 94816 38223 not working not able to recharge. Visited Jayanagar office 3 times and invain. Is this the way you work in todayโ€™s competitive world? Really pathetic service. Completely disappointed

    After wasting hours, they tried through their appโ€”still failed. Had to pay, lost time, got no help. Customer service is absolutely pathetic. How is BSNL still functioning like this in 2025?

    Now people will say GoI being the majority stake holder they can do this, but if any support if GoI gives to bsnl then waste of tax payers money.
