    @BSNLCorporate @CVCIndia @mygovindia Many of bsnl's permanent/temporary contractual employees have taken/given ftth franchise in many places in Karnataka. And they have support of Higher officers. Brought many instances to the notice of concerned. No action taken yet.

    I have been trying to login to my account on BSNL Selfcare portal since the last 2hrs. First, OTP does not come at all. Second, customer care page keeps redirecting to different portals. Third, customer care number says this number is not available. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK

    @BSNLCorporate The broadband connection is again gone since 4 days. And no one responds from the local service team. This is the kind of service BSNL provides.

    Sometimes I feel pathetic about my country. In my area, they don’t have fiber connection. Only BSNL offers, which work on god grace, with no reliability. I tried Airtel and Jio. They only offer air fiber, and when they visited my house, they also refused, saying the network is weak. I live near a major hot-spot. I don’t understand what the issue is.

    Hey Team @BSNLCorporate & @BSNL_RJ I’ve been using BSNL Fiber since 2019, but recently the internet speed and service quality have become very poor. On top of that, my monthly bill suddenly increased from ₹943 to around ₹1883 without any proper prior information.

    I also noticed that from the last couple of years,I haven’t been receiving proper bill details or data usage updates on mail. the local setup person, and they said charges have been increasing, but customers should be informed properly Please look into this issue #BSNL #BSNLFiber
