Ok. My endless list of cribbing. Does anyone know what happened with 35kcr BSNL/MTNL revamp? The office which was an entire complex at Belapur has totally shut and for weeks MTNL has none to even attend to any complaints. What an awful mess and wasted money.

Calling customer service is useless, i take the modem to local exchange office there instant solution.(Reset the Config which Airtel dose over call) And if Cable-cut then ₹500 for Line man Instant solution.
