    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR Dear BSNL your network is dead in Biharsharif. I called costumer care but no one picked up the call. If you can't solve my problem then be ready to lose a valuable BSNL costumer.

    @BSNLCorporate and @rsprasad Sir, i am using BSNL # 94588 95823, I have recharge for one year @ 1999/-. Since day of recharge i am not getting proper network and data speed. I have called at BSNL Care # 1503 on daily basis and lodge complain four times but without any action they have resolved

    @BSNLCorporate LL has dial tone but nothing is audible. I am told that the instrument is faulty. Is it not the responsibility of BSNL to change the faulty telephone set. By the way BB is still not working. Already 44 days BB not working.

    @pnbindia # your customer contact no 1800 180 2222 - is not functioning properly..if any urgent call is required, very difficult to get you..why & what for Ramrajatala branch is not receiving call after so many times calling..bsnl maxm time is kept dumb.

    @narendramodi Last mile delivery is still an issue. For last 6 months or so BSNL website shows Fibre reached my village. Contacted local BSNL office and same guy says one day that he will connect in a week, 18 hrs later says will connect in a month. No response since.

    @ChoudhuryBidhan @ndtvfeed @ndtv We Indians have seen how modi has sold ONGC, LIC ,BSNL and many banks for his crony friends. Petrol is Rs 100..but sanghi like u fill gaumutra so u have no issue..cylinder is 900 rs..but u use chulha for cooking ...more than 11 crore have lost jobs..but here for 2 rs sell gobar.

    @BSNLCorporate I have no words to appreciate the turn around of BSNL twitter handle to respond to Customers queries,and the apologetic approach for the inconvenience of the customer , above all follow up . Till yesterday had a 2nd thought to shift to other provider, nowstands cancelled

    @cgm_mh_bsnl Again the wireless broadband 02402491010 down since 6 pm and reported to be OFC cut somewhere. Not going to restore before 1 pm tomorrow is my prediction. Loss in business is in multiples of FMC paid to you.THIS IS 4TH FAULT IN FEB2021. WHY TO CONTINUE WITH BSNL?

    The entire day mobile network is missing of bsnl in my phone, pathetic service and while making a phone call I have to listen the whole same advisory about vaccination process against covid about 1 minute first what if I've urgent to call someone ?? @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNL_KOTD again very poor service by bsnl.... faulty landline ...complaint made twice within 4 days but not a single response from bsnl.
