    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR Dear BSNL your network is dead in Biharsharif. I called costumer care but no one picked up the call. If you can't solve my problem then be ready to lose a valuable BSNL costumer.

    @vijayagrahari @BSNLCorporate The question should be asked to the govt why is the network weak?ask why there is not enough funding? Why is there restriction in expansion? Why BSNL is not allowed to take part in spectrum auction? Why is it understaffed?it is us who keep silent and embolden such activities.

    @BSNLCorporate It's been over a month I raised the issue and haven't heard back any updates. Can you please specify how long this gonna take and why BSNL is unwilling to refund security deposit. Ideally even the interest over security deposit must be paid back!

    @Suni_tweet @rsprasad Every employee of bsnl should sit and take calls for customer support. Only then BSNL will become better. else BSNL will keep sending sms LOVELY FRIENDSHIP FOR RS.2 PER MINUTE, today this sms is the only hope for bsnl empl.

    @ketanspandya @rsprasad @BSNLCorporate Amazon pay is best service for bsnl user recharge . I have also a bsnl sim and I do recharge with using Amazon pay . Use Amazon pay

    @BSNL_HR @BSNLCorporate the fall of bsnl is the level of services they are providing. My internet is not working. I somehow able to connect to the concerned person but they guy instead of giving me the solution told me " abhi prakat ho jau".

    @BSNL_JKD @BSNLCorporate I am fed up with the service that you guys are providing for past 5 months and turnaround time is absolutely pathetic. Send me the email id for FTTH so that I can reply..I will not recommend at all. If there is anything else than BSNL FTTH, plz go for it.
