    As i am customer of your company you have to resolve my issue Even i also trying to rech bsnl officials. You should also raise question to bsnl operators that why bsnl user not able to call me. And if still issue not solve between JIo and BSNL then i have port other network user

    @bsnl_care @bsnl_care this is a BSNL system issue, not a customer issue. I have already provided screenshots as evidence. Asking customers to spend time calling customer care to report errors generated by BSNL's own systems is not a solution.

    @bsnl_care Hi. The outage of BSNL roaming service in UK has been long pending. Is there any update yet on what's happening. Have not received any response from the concerned departments.

    @BSNLCorporate My bsnl wifi connection is not working from 28 may 2026 after making many complaints there is no action taken by the bsnl technical team instead of a cure connection problem that makes again and again complaints resolved messages for each complaint made by me . 0591 2970580 Mbd

    @bsnl_care Visited BSNL office and head of branch is promoting services even though it is not required by customer threating that existing services going to be ceased if not opted for upgrade. You can not force services on customer to meet your target.
