    @BSNLCorporate I don’t know what a SCDA code is but when filing a COMPLAINT using the SHORT CUT number 198 using BSNL’s LANDLINE the message asks for an STD code and that in this case is ‘0469’. FYI - As of yesterday evening the issue was resolved.

    But I couldn't connect to customer care number and lost around ₹14 from my registered BSNL mobile number. Still the merchant is saying they didn't receive any amount. Amount has been debited from my SBI credit card and showing 3 unbilled transaction.

    @shantan47680061 The service levels are pathetic in PSUs. They treat customers as dirt, with utmost contempt. Employees are lazy & rude. Quality & honesty are evil words. Case in point are BSNL & PSU banks. 90% of the NPAs are in PSU banks. Technology adoption & upgrading is at snail’s pace.

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnlupe BSNL ghazipur AO sending legal notices for payment of bill for the period which I have never used. Connection date: 15-05-20 PD Date: 16-06-20. Bill asked for: Sep, Oct 2020. Have made physical visits but not resolved. 0548-2970780
