As i am customer of your company you have to resolve my issue Even i also trying to rech bsnl officials. You should also raise question to bsnl operators that why bsnl user not able to call me. And if still issue not solve between JIo and BSNL then i have port other network user

Extremely poor service from jio. Our overhead cable has been cut. Complaints made get standard response ". Technical issue - We are attending to it " . No human interface . A five minutes job if service engineer attends. BSNL WILL PROVIDE BETTER SERVICE

@narendramodi @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNLCorporate The poorest of poor in Bihar ,/ Jhatkhand, not able to keep mobile communication below 0.5% of salary i.e. essential calls & service sms & are forced to go for higher plans of BSNL. The plans should be between 50 to 100/- rupees only.

@bsnl_care Apologies is not going to work. Today also same issue persists. Both parties not able to hear voice. I tried 5 times, it was urgent not able to communicate. It's is of no use. From last 6-7 months facing multiple issues & I don't expect any resolutions from worst company bsnl.
