    @rsprasad please take some serious action. People are loosing hope on #BSNL because of such behaviour. However, landline service is a mirage in villages now. @BSNLCorporate Atleast make sure that people will get good mobile network services.

    Hi @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MPHQ I ported to BSNL 3 months ago, and since then I am unable to send SMS to any number. Customer care keeps saying “this is not a BSNL number” which is completely wrong. Please check my HLR/MNP profile and enable SMS services urgently.

    @BSNL_KL BSNL Skypro is a total waste. No customer support, suddenly channels are removed. When you contact customer care they speak in Hindi only and do not help to resolve issues. Please do not choose SkyPro
