    @rsprasad please take some serious action. People are loosing hope on #BSNL because of such behaviour. However, landline service is a mirage in villages now. @BSNLCorporate Atleast make sure that people will get good mobile network services.

    Not even a 3G singal available. It's just the worst 2G network. God knows hows inverter / generator to keep power up for the tower. Really no-one else caring. Take some serious action and maintain properly @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK #BSNL_Karnataka #BSNL

    @karthik_phadke @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK It's not Bsnl fiber.. Bsnl have outsourced it to a vendor. Bsnl are getting their commission from the vendor that's why they are least bothered about fiber customers. You better change you connection to private ISP for better service & connectivity. A friendly advice.

    @BSNLCorporate So? All efforts in vain? No resolution till the time none of the Efficient BSNL employee communicated with me about trying for resolution !!! Can you please explain why a customer should bear financial loss in terms of ongoing bill to be paid without Service from service provider

    @BSNLCorporate I have a BSNL fiber connection in Himachal Pradesh, I wanted to downgrade the plan since I have an alternate connection as well. There is no way to downgrade using BSNL Self Care. Any help regarding this will be useful
