    @rsprasad please take some serious action. People are loosing hope on #BSNL because of such behaviour. However, landline service is a mirage in villages now. @BSNLCorporate Atleast make sure that people will get good mobile network services.

    Not even a 3G singal available. It's just the worst 2G network. God knows hows inverter / generator to keep power up for the tower. Really no-one else caring. Take some serious action and maintain properly @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK #BSNL_Karnataka #BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate internet is not wrking for past 3 hrs, called the local bsnl agent but he didn't pick the call. Raised complaint thru cust care and they said issue will be resolved in 3 working days. Shud I wait for 3 days or discnct bsnl and switch to othr provider. Pls revert.

    @TelecomTalk But BSNL remains behind with 5G services. What else we can expect as they never disappoint us proving as "भाई साहब नहीं लगेगा". Regards A frustrated BSNL User (Once I used to support BSNL)

    @TelecomTalk Although BSNL has tried to express satisfaction with its fiber service, it identifies a completely dilapidated state of mobile service. Although the connection is generally stable on fiber, the network blackouts on mobile service occur from time to time. This is unacceptable.

    @AtonuK Many still hold on to BSNL out of sentiment, but consistent service is the real reward people expect. Hope BSNL lives up to that legacy. #BSNL

    As an Indian citizen, Im looking for another alternative Mobile Network Provider OTHER THAN Jio,Airtel,Vi,Bsnl. I'm fed upwith these mobile networks. Few monopolies holding the market in india.

    @bsnl_care I submitted a disconnection request for my BSNL Fiber connection on 20th Sep 2025, but the services are still active! Disappointed with such delays. I had requested disconnection due to billing issues. please close my connection immediately @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL

    I am trying to recharge my @bsnl_care mobile fr lstt 10days through BSNLSELFCARE App.wst of tme Recharged 147 through Gpay pmt deducted not reflecting. Tried you CC executives they can't able to fix. Trying hard to retain my BSNL no with your pathetic serv. @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @TelecomTalk But the truth is-while private players built 5G towers overnight, BSNL is still struggling to roll out 4G. Out of 1L planned sites, only~74k are live. Years of delays, red tape & poor execution cost India’s telecom giant its crown. Nostalgia won’t save BSNL-efficiency will.
