    Not even a 3G singal available. It's just the worst 2G network. God knows hows inverter / generator to keep power up for the tower. Really no-one else caring. Take some serious action and maintain properly @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK #BSNL_Karnataka #BSNL

    @rsprasad please take some serious action. People are loosing hope on #BSNL because of such behaviour. However, landline service is a mirage in villages now. @BSNLCorporate Atleast make sure that people will get good mobile network services.

    @CMDBSNL Hello sir, My father is retired employee of BSNL. Our landline is O.O.O from 2020 and we registered many complaints but no response from the team. I checked the status of complaints, it shows resolved. I tweeted and get the same response. Would be grt if U can help.

    @PMOIndia this is how we are getting service in our India after paying our hard earn money to them , this show us that we are not having any compititor that is teh reason they are providing this kind of service ,BSNL तो अपने ऐसे लोगों के फायदे के लिए बेच खाया है @airtelindia

    @ThreeUKSupport No, only local sms through BSNL network is being received. I am not able to get otp's from all global services like google whatsapp etc.I tried many login attempts at different platforms. And finally at night after many hours , I received a google otp. But it was of no use

    @pib_comm ..My BSNL internet is down from past 4 days and even after lodging he complaint no response. Third time I am facing this problem in just in one month after broadband connected. If you need more details will provide accordingly. I am from Bangalore.

    Got Airtel New Fiber Connection installed to get rid of BSNL Fiber Connection a week ago and now Airtel connection not working and service request raised in the morning is assigned to the technician for tomorrow afternoon. #Airtel_Sucks #Airtel_Customer_Service_Sucks

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_ap_circle Still we need to visit the BSNL office write an application and wait in line for closure of BSNl Fiber Net.This was not the way to provide service to the costumer @AshwiniVaishnaw need your attention and request you to check and make it seem less.

    Dear @BSNLCorporate, BSNL tower which is located at "Akhtiyarpur Exchange, Sitapur UP 261121" is not working from last 4 years. We're not even getting 2G network here. Seems like you don't want customers? Please fix this issue!!

    @JioCare Wah👏👏 what a wonderful customer support no action taken till date of my complain me a postpaid user of airtel, vi, even Bsnl but never seen such a rubbish customer care. Why not change it to customer harassment 🤔🤔.... 7439568754.
