    @rsprasad please take some serious action. People are loosing hope on #BSNL because of such behaviour. However, landline service is a mirage in villages now. @BSNLCorporate Atleast make sure that people will get good mobile network services.

    Not even a 3G singal available. It's just the worst 2G network. God knows hows inverter / generator to keep power up for the tower. Really no-one else caring. Take some serious action and maintain properly @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK #BSNL_Karnataka #BSNL

    I booked for new BSNL Broadband connection at home 4 5 days ago .Till now the service of BSNL WiFi has not been started in my house.I am a lot of trouble 4 5 days. No one has come yet to install BB at my house.Please convey my request to DM @BSNL_HR @BSNLCorporate @MoitOfficial

    @yupptv I am tired of trying to cancel the subscription. Your customer care says to cancel the subscription only before two days from the renewal date. What kind of logic is this? I am not using the BSNL connection anymore and still being charged for monthly subscription

    @AshwiniVaishnaw On my recommendation my friend took Bharat Fiber connection (0135-2983253) in Dehradun. But, the service remains unstable since day-1. Despite making regular complains to @BSNLCorporate the problem persist. Rather than BSNL my position is tight. mob:9760008953

    @TRAI Sir, my Vill. is Bhamuria+PO-Bhamuria, PS-Neturia,Dist-Purulia,State- West Bengal. Here we have 4g networks of all private networks except BSNL where only 2g network is available. Is this digital India of our PM where we are forced to use a zero internet network.

    @sherg57644 @BSNL_RJ Never have zero expactation is only solution.... Inko only month end ki salary se matlab h jo fix.... Jab pet bhara ho tab customer ki kya chinta... BSNL ko loss ho gaya to bhi inko konsa #layoff karne wale h... Yahi to govt. job ka kamal h.

    @cutletpavv As a BSNL customer since 2009, i went to BSNL office Panjim to ask about fibre connection. "Contact vendors number on the board outside+some attitude" is what i am saying. There are pros and cons to having a govt. Job especially if it's a central govt job. 🤡

    @BSNLCorporate While trying to generate UPC code for porting my existing No of BSNL - 9772655444, following message is coming and upc code is not being generated. UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider.

    @BSNL_KTK BSNL fiber response to the issue is snail slow. Net goes down on weekends only and it gets fixed only on the following week tue or wed. TAT of >5 days. This has been an ongoing issue. Cant issues be fixed sooner. Hope there is good governance. DoctetNo: 13095452752
