    @rsprasad please take some serious action. People are loosing hope on #BSNL because of such behaviour. However, landline service is a mirage in villages now. @BSNLCorporate Atleast make sure that people will get good mobile network services.

    Not even a 3G singal available. It's just the worst 2G network. God knows hows inverter / generator to keep power up for the tower. Really no-one else caring. Take some serious action and maintain properly @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK #BSNL_Karnataka #BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate @TRAI ,please help me. @BSNLCorporate they already have many complaints, but they didn't even bother to solve any one of them. Many customers are suffering because of bad quality of services provided by BSNL. Daily Customers are posting their complaints, bsnl replying only sorry.

    Hi @BSNL_KTK Our landline is out of order from past one month and even after raising constant complaints no one is taking any action on the issue. My late father was a BSNL employee and when my mother is trying to reach out the office no one is available to look into the issue.

    @BSNLCorporate I disconnected broadband on 31-Mar-21 due to pathetic service before next cycle starts. BSNL still charged me for 01-13 April. This is not at all justified. This is loot. Could you please help me to resolve this. Phone No : :0755-2925920

    At the slightest hint of rain or thunderstorms, the bsnl broadband (01922-263066) stops working @BSNL_JK. The landline is already not working since 6 months. During these COVID times,work/ education is being imparted online. Please improve the service.Tx @GoI_MeitY @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate Your @Doddaballapura telephone Exchange goes down every weekend. No mobile network FTTH or telephone works. Do you guys understand the importance BSNL during Covid times?? Most of the hospital & Govt Offices use your connection. Act responsibly.
