    @rsprasad please take some serious action. People are loosing hope on #BSNL because of such behaviour. However, landline service is a mirage in villages now. @BSNLCorporate Atleast make sure that people will get good mobile network services.

    Not even a 3G singal available. It's just the worst 2G network. God knows hows inverter / generator to keep power up for the tower. Really no-one else caring. Take some serious action and maintain properly @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK #BSNL_Karnataka #BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate I am a LCO under raiganj ssa I give bsnl 300 up coustomer . But service from bsnl end are not up to the mark. We r handling the front face of the coustomer bsnl ends are not realising the problems. Now I have closing the coustomer accounts.

    I have been facing trouble because bsnl hasn't updated payment status and hence disconnected my internet. It has been 5 days since i paid and yet no internet. Why the hell should i pay on time if you guys are not able to keep track of it
