However, landline service is a mirage in villages now. @BSNLCorporate Atleast make sure that people will get good mobile network services.

BSNL staff has been reduced from 180,000 to below 60,000 - a trend being seen in many PSUs but they will not be privatized.

the_august_man (@theaugustman1) reported@CMDBSNL @bsnl_care I also raised a complaint through the BSNL selfcare, but no resolution even after 48+ hours.I have contacted BSNL Customer Care multiple times. They are only asking me to "wait" as there seems to be a technical issue at their end with recharges/port requests.
