    @rsprasad please take some serious action. People are loosing hope on #BSNL because of such behaviour. However, landline service is a mirage in villages now. @BSNLCorporate Atleast make sure that people will get good mobile network services.

    Not even a 3G singal available. It's just the worst 2G network. God knows hows inverter / generator to keep power up for the tower. Really no-one else caring. Take some serious action and maintain properly @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK #BSNL_Karnataka #BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate U could have answered how much dead line is set by TRAI to issue Unique Portability Code after PORT request is received. Dear .@TRAI, BSNL insists on Rs 147 recharge to enable customer to send PORT request. Is that permissible as per guidelines?

    @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw We are taken BSNL connection for work from home. Past 3 days completely net is not working and no customer support. You guys working in govt sector that's why irresponsible but we are into pvt sector they will not accept excuses. U people think we have to go pvt networks?

    Shame on BSNL i have ported from vodafone to BSNL but looks they have decide not to work, compalining from a month and resolution, best part commplaint is closed without any resolution L2061004081, L2261002286 L2261002509. No signal at home location @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNL_KOTD I don't get bsnl 4g in Kolkata . I am using bsnl prepaid approx 1.5 years . I don't get any 4G network . my pin code is - 700105 please bring BSNL 4G in my area as soon as possible .

    @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate Both these complaints were closed without any positive action from the concerned authorities Regarding the first complaint,Mr. Arvind Kumar(mob. No.9434001237) who stated himself to be a BSNL employee came to my house,clicked some pictures on the site..

    @JioCare No responsible person in Jio customer care..Tried all methods Like Chat, Call to customer care.. Appellate authority not picking calls.. So to whom should write ? Customer care executive saying there is no issue from our end. Then Will BSNL solve a Jio issue? What a joke
