    @rsprasad sorry to say that bsnl service is very poor signal in manpur sabji bazar gaya bihar. Plz improve the connectivity of signal so that people use bsnl sim.

    @sukh_slatch still almost one of the cheapest in world. BSNL was never primary service provider, one of the worst at that time and still is. The rates which were at that time we were using internet , still today is cheaper than earlier one

    @iammanasr @Rakeshkumarray8 Recently changed network of my bsnl to Jio postpaid...prior to that working with Airtel..Airtel number is still there but last 3-4 months it's pathetic...

    Good thing about BSNL fiber broadband is quick complaint resolution about service issues. Bad thing is, you need to use this quite often.

    @DoT_India I applied for bsnl ftth connection whose work order no. 2961630 was issued on 18 Nov. BSNL officers had told it will not be installed. I yet not have phone number so I cannot formally lodge complain as all portal ask for ph no.where do I complain to get complaint no.

    @hatindersinghr1 People shouldn’t leave BSNL ever. They should have continued with the same pathetic service and non cooperative sarkari attitude. Should be living happily without getting full services for the hard earned money they pay.

    @BSNLCorporate Slow speed is getting due to link flapping issue unfortunately BSNL technical staff is completely failed to diagnose problems. Vendors are not responsible for Ug cable or Media issue.
