2 Days since the #BSNL signals are down in my locality, no 2g/3g nothing, when I called the customer care she says "the app which she can troubleshoot issue in her system ain't opening, call after 5hrs", Is #indianGovernment backed #Bsnl just running to rob money from customers?

@BSNLCorporate guys why I am getting call barring error while making outgoing calls during this pandemic this is the ridiculous thing you BSNL people are doing. I want an immediate resolution on this.
