@BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw Bsnl customer care personal handling the no.1503 are very rude and are just trying to cut the call the guy who picked my phone named himself as Mohit.If you don't want to give the service then what's the use of having customer care. Please do need.

Why are only 28 days given by operators for mobile recharges? Why not 30 or 31 days? Completely unfair. Why is BSNL still on 4G? Even 4G hasn't been implemented in all places? Why aren't operators fined for frequent call drops & slow net? @AshwiniVaishnaw @TRAI #BSNL #TRAI

@AshwiniVaishnaw respected sir,one of the worst service in terms broadband is BSNL FTTH.I took service&discontinued it due to very poor&pathetic service by vendors in Secunderabad circle.Contant network down&no service by the staff,made it worst of all.Pls privatize this service

@AshwiniVaishnaw Happy new year to u too sir. Mobile devices of bsnl are in worst condition at 241123 because of no battery back up. Complete network in case of no local power supply. Pls take solid to rectify the issue.
