@BSNLCorporate strange up gradation.I have recd a msg that my erstwhile postpaid 225 plan wl upgrade to 399 if i don't go to bsnl office. It is bsnl which is changing plan not me.Thr is no option for sms based choosing of option or portal based option Is this customer service.

@BSNLCorporate The problem is not just with my internet connection, BSNL’s service in singrauli is execrable. We’re paying for 100mbps and stable connection and instead we’re get godawful service with high uncertainty. Please do something. Pin- 486885

@BSNL_UPW @DoT_India I have been trying to deactivate missed call alert service since 2 weeks. Sms to 17010 are getting failed, Called bsnl customer care thrice but they did nothing except giving assurances. @BSNLCorporate too has only been giving assurances only.

@ThanthiTV One year ku 13 Months Recharge (28 days plan) panna vaikradhu dhan indha Private Telecom Companies oda worst Business Tactics in last few years.. In BSNL some 30 days plans available but they're also following the same 28 days plan for few Tariffs.

@GooglePayIndia @GooglePay Tried a BSNL recharge via Gpay on 21/1/22 for Rs. 485. Amount got debited but transaction failed and even after 7 days my amount has not been refunded. Made a complaint (#SE5OY) and submitted my bank statements but no refund till now. Worst service!

Dear @BSNL_GJ @BSNLCorporate i have just ported my number to bsnl from Airtel. My sim is working but i am not able to send any sms. Now what to do? When i called 1507 for tele verification it shows invalid number. Plz help..asap
