  @BSNL_PB @CMDBSNL being in Maharashtra, trying 2 get bsnl PB problem sorted, many hurdles. This shows d bad state of customer care v get in public sector. Also gave application for disconnection on 26th dec then y being charged for 27-31? Also why final settlement done after 2 months ?
