    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW No response received yet even after giving all details as soon as it was asked. This is how an issue is being handled. No response on previous tweets as well. Pathetic service. I am pretty sure that even you guys don't have BSNL connection for your own.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK Worst customer service. Pathetic technical team. tel no. 080 29536332 Gave telephone and FTTH shifting request on May 9. Even after many visits and follow up with BSNL office, Still the status is in Progress.
