    @bsnl_care @bsnl_tt @BSNLCorporate BSNL signal has been completely lost in Sriram Nagar Colony, Kondapur, Hyderabad since yesterday. Such poor service from a Central Government telecom company is really disappointing. Customers are unable to make calls or use internet services.

    BSNL closed my complaint docket without providing any actual resolution. Mobile data service is still unusable, and I am forced to post this using another network while already paying BSNL in advance for data services. Complaint No.: E1423150247339
