@JioCare Reference number *SR00002EHB7E*. We’ve had poor service since getting the fiber connection for my parents. We disconnected BSNL and Tata Sky, but now Jio isn’t working. The next technician visit is on July 1st, and I regret choosing Jio.

Hey, let's break it down simply. In May 2025, TRAI shared how many customers telecom companies gained or lost. Jio added 2.7 million new users, so it's growing fast. Airtel added about 275,000 users, growing but much slower. Vodafone Idea lost around 274,000 users, and BSNL lost 1.35 million, which is a big drop. Basically, Jio and Airtel are gaining customers, while VI and BSNL are losing them. This shows Jio is leading, Airtel is steady, but VI and BSNL are struggling.

@Ravisutanjani Inspite of all the hullabalo about BSNL's revival @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care ,there is none to hear the network related complaints. The complaints filed on the App, simply gets closed without any action. Least bothered about the regulator ....

@BSNLCorporate @TelecomTalk Wats the use of this data where network is not capable to provide services. I belong to Bihar District Araria mobile data and BSNL FTTH service too are working very poor. Network is better but service quality is to cheap . In a week 2-3 times the fiber cable will be cut.
