    Dear @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, I am Customer of BSNL (A/C No. 1022201411) since last 10 years. In last 2 years services has been v.v.bad. Most of the time line is dead for weeks and none cares. Since you have recently taken charge thought to write to you and see if things improve

    @ViCustomerCare I have complained too much time for slow network speed in my area 396165 Technician said due to so much customer speed is less and we can't do anything so now we all 200 made a group and will port our number to bsnl or jio Give us latest network update for 396165

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate it has been a week and still no follow up on the issues mentioned. Still no #RFC4638, still high latency, still manual TCP MSS Clamping. Is it a reading disability or what that BSNL employees have? Please help the public understand.

    @bsnl_tt mine us 08413233096,on 14th Sep, internet was cut, on 26th Sep again cut. Patriot, use all govt things. But being patriot, am troubled, govt, party in ruling encourage pvt, and ths pvt ppl, seems influence govt BSNL to trouble customer. Make sure 24 hrs
