It's internet connectivity is worst as compared to other network. In kerela it's so pathetic that 2G is also not available with proper speed.

I had also filed a complaint on customer care num onn28 june. There is still no response. I tried calling local office. No body picks up phone in Aluva BSNL.

Last 20 years from last few years service is very very poor.service and response from thrikkakkara bsnl is very bad. In a year only few months will get service incredible perfomance. This will help the retirees to get tax benefits in 2 years. Now if they are giving as one instalment in 2020-21 then the tax outgoing will be higher. #BSNL #vrs

Only Government sector people are bound to use this network and then CEO of BSNL will say the company is in loss. It should be shut down.

In reality cheating people by charging higher for every plans. Decades old communication towers but advertisement advance. Very sorry state.

Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

When all other networks are provided 4G with better connectivity and super net speed BSNL is fighting to upgrade it's towers.

Damn. (@Theonenameddamn) reportedIt's heartbreaking to see talented people leaving an institution that is a source of pride for every Indian. At the same time, we can't ignore employees' concerns about heavy workloads and salaries that are far lower than what the private sector offers. Paying some of the country's brightest minds on standard government pay scales no longer makes sense in today's competitive environment. If immediate steps aren't taken to address these issues, it's not difficult to imagine ISRO facing the kind of talent drain and decline that BSNL experienced.

BSNL was competing against those 15 operators nicely. Its entry into 5G was restricted to benefit JIO. I use BSNL broadband and it works good but its mobile network is bad.
