@CMDBSNL will BSNL services in India improve and come to level of other private network like, Airtel, jio, vodafone. It's internet connectivity is worst as compared to other network. In kerela it's so pathetic that 2G is also not available with proper speed.

@CMDBSNL @ErosNow Services provided by BSNL is worst compared other networks. Charges are maximum for minimum facilities. Only Government sector people are bound to use this network and then CEO of BSNL will say the company is in loss. It should be shut down.

@CMDBSNL @ErosNow First BSNL should take pride in providing better service to its customers regarding calls and internet on mobiles. When all other networks are provided 4G with better connectivity and super net speed BSNL is fighting to upgrade it's towers.

After one Year using @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL my 4G Sim for my all until this last day was using @JioCare yesteday after bad network thrown the jio Sim and now recharged my 4G sim for usage let me see how do it fits for me expecting a lot from bsnl.

Hmm !! Urs my humble request to the team and the department to follow the #4G services on the bsnl network Soon. It's fine and working good I guess dont know much more but not that much free as @JioCare let me see for the whole day.

@verywellpeople @ArshdeepKaurGg Govt gave them infinite reasons to distrust them. We don’t need to trust them when someone shouted so crazily about saving the nation and we left with no govt sector at all. BSNL is about to shut down, what about those employees? Can we start calling them anti-nationals already?

@BSNL_KOTD I have made lot of mistakes but choosing bsnl network was one of my biggest mistake. I can't do online class, can't play games ping is 400-600, can't deliver foods (working part time) . Customer care not receiving calls . Totally regretting my decision now

@BSNLCorporate Even after almost two month the issue still persists. Whom should I contact? There is no mail id on the selfcare portal to register any issue with the portal. The customer care says to connect with local BSNL and local BSNL has no clue about selfcare portal. @CMDBSNL @OfficeOfRSP
