@BSNL_JK I'm using BSNL FTTH in Leh. There is no network for the past 2 days. Inspite of repeated calls, requests, reminders no action taken. All important transactions and payments pending. Request pls look into the matter for early resolution. Regards, A troubled customer

@BSNLCorporate I m using BSNL fiber last 30days , 60mbps plan but I m getting only 20mbps , when I m contacting the provider they r just unable to fix my issue I request u too please solve it rather than to close it

@BSNLCorporate when we call to a customer care for the issue. They abuse us. That's how bsnl works. I am unable to attach the audio clip of your respected customer care executive.

@BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia Good service provided by bsnl Ftth. I have heard that fiber optic internet is faster than 4g mobile internet but seems BSNL Ftth is does not even match with 2G or 3G. After complaining about internet issue with local Ftth provider and nearby Gudiyatham,

@BSNLCorporate Asurance must have prompt action that reflect the bright image of @BSNLCorporate ... if bsnl can't serve corporate connections that could they serve an individual customer... Govt. Bodies (@BSNLCorporate )must have solid action .

@reliancejio @JioCare always Jio service is pathetic. Customer Care are really worse, simply saying *technical team are on job* but never get resolution. BSNL is still better than you. Airtel is doing better as usual.
