    @BSNLCorporate The signal of BSNL is nowhere in the Mumbai. Is it in the knowledge of the Borad. It is very painful to say that people landing in Mumbai with BSNL connection can't communicate. Pl try to sign MoU with other Operator so that people are not punished for BSNL sim.

    @BSNLCorporate My BSNL SIM is not receiving any SMS/OTP. Network is available but mobile network state shows disconnected. SMSC cannot be edited. SIM already replaced but issue persists. Kindly refresh HLR & SMS provisioning urgently. Mobile No: 7589337649 Location: Punjab

    @TRAI @AshwiniVaishnaw Banks have launched new 8-digit toll-free numbers for customer support, but BSNL hasn’t updated its directory yet. As a result, calls to these numbers aren’t going through. Because of this, I’m unable to contact my bank to get my credit card unblocked.
