@TRAI BSNL deducting balance from main balance to extend validity, although the number is off or unused without any plan! Where as other services provider dose not like this. I think it is not good for BSNL buisness. It is difficult to keep another bsnl number in bad signal area

@BSNLCorporate I have bsnl air fibre connection from mati akbarpur kanpur dehat , past 27 hours there is no internet, official said there is fibre cut , but still no internet please take it seriously service is very bad.

We are immensely disgruntled with BSNL telecom services.The service providers are offering a deaf ear to us. An institution like a school cannot function without the telephones. For the past 3 months the outgoing and incoming services are out of order. Require urgent intervention
