For your information, our landline is the ONLY connection left in our entire area. People have disconnected the lines due to bad service. Still we have trusted BSNL and kept the connection alive. But all our complains fell on deaf ears since 3 months. It's really irritating.

I see millions of complaints against #BSNL #airtel #Jio #vodafone online. Sure those are never going to get fixed. The most simple fix is - get the pricing right and automatically the traffic will come down on your nodes - which will balance the network usage+QoS gets better.

@BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate We used BSNL land line since 2004. Service quality is bad these days & now it's completely dead since 3 months. Irony is BSNL is still sending us bills. Restore the service or disconnect the land line permanently. Ac No: 8000810869

@BSNL_GJ Hi i'm Priyam Gupta from Dholka, Ahmedabad, Connect. No. 07929666350 AirFibre. It gets disconnected 2 or 3 times a week, sometimes for a day. And the local BSNL staff just switch off there mobiles instead of rectifying. I had worst experience with bsnl. Please help.
