@BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate We used BSNL land line since 2004. Service quality is bad these days & now it's completely dead since 3 months. Irony is BSNL is still sending us bills. Restore the service or disconnect the land line permanently. Ac No: 8000810869

@JioCare Please understand it's an issue of 2 major cities & may b couple of dists and must be lakh+ subscribers. If you have sense and sincere, check with your local team escalate the matter, learn from your competitors like #BSNL @airtelindia @VodafoneIN @Idea and solve the issue ASAP.

@BSNL_OR Sir, I am a Customer of BSNL Cell One since it's inception. I am now residing in Bhubaneswar for last 02 years. But I find the service of BSNL Mobile Service in Bhubaneswar is very very poor with Call drops,No Connectivity, very slow internet. Please improve @PMOIndia

@BSNLCorporate @snaik_bsnl Great to hear this slogan but the reality is opposite, since last evening no Opt.fiber connections in Kanan Vihar -Phase 2 , BBSR. I'm sure many other areas would have been affected with this interruption. Can't reach out to BSNL service agent. Can we expect early restoration.

I see millions of complaints against #BSNL #airtel #Jio #vodafone online. Sure those are never going to get fixed. The most simple fix is - get the pricing right and automatically the traffic will come down on your nodes - which will balance the network usage+QoS gets better.

@BSNLCorporate Housing Board, Charbatia is a big campus having nearly 700 houses of different categories. Nearly 150 landline phones were there whereas now very few due to poor service of BSNL. OPTIC FIBRE should be provided immediately. But there is no provision as ascertained.

For your information, our landline is the ONLY connection left in our entire area. People have disconnected the lines due to bad service. Still we have trusted BSNL and kept the connection alive. But all our complains fell on deaf ears since 3 months. It's really irritating.

@BSNLCorporate dear bsnl I upgraded my sim card to 4g 5g 4days Ago and now I can use my 4g internet and its good give decent amount of speed.But since the upgrade can't usesms.outgoing and some incoming messages like otp's are unable to receive. Andstill the VOLTE in not working

@IndianTechGuide Enable proper 3G first, not at all able to do a UPI payment from BSNL sim worst service you are having.. In this generation without VoLTE the call quality is like 90s voice who will use your sim? I tried 2 times in past 3 years no improvement i giveup and came to Jio

BSNL failed to bill Reliance Jio for using its passive telecom infrastructure for 10 years (2014-2024) due to negligence and poor enforcement of their Master Service Agreement, leading to a loss of around Rs 1,757 crore to the government.
