@unraveaero @JSR_Sunshines I was one of the oldest clients of BSNL landline, then mobile, then broad band in my locality but I had to surrender after experiencing repeated problems of connectivity and tarrif issues. Even I hv not got back my security deposit of LL till date despite reminders.

@BSNLCorporate 4 days continuing bsnl no action taken yet. Called to customer service the guy is saying go to bsnl office. I won't be surprise if they recommend jio fiber

Bsnl, indian post to name a few that doesn't work that well. Very few are actually good profit generating PSUs. Privatize kar do.
