Isn't Reliance planning to take-over BSNL by reducing its market value and cutting down the cost by sacking the employees and paying through the tax-payers money?

@livemint A simple sim change process took me 4 hours in office. The same thing in airtel took 20mins. Lodged a complaint for jio fiber at 1150pm. engineer from jio was at my door step by 9am next day. Solves the problem by 940am. Can't expect such good services from BSNL.

It's been a month that my bsnl fibernet is not working properly, no one seem to respond to the complaint. Worst customer service ever as it used to be. My area is Sirsi. Uttarakannada. @BSNL_KTK
