BSNL Services Down Colva Goa Exchange entire day is over tried to call the exchange number it gives pre recorded msg All LINES in this route are busy what a pathetic service to let consumers suffer for telecom & internet while it generate full bills @BSNLCorporate @pgm_goa_bsnl

@BSNLCorporate Telephone and broadband is working now after taking to task field staff today by myself . This tweeter complaint is sleeping since 6 days with just assurance. I'll have to see how long my phone will work. BSNL staff are also responsible for downfall of once respected DOT

BSNL network has become weak in our area. It was perfectly fine 1 month ago.I have complained many times but there is no improvement. And now it runs worse than 2G net. When the country is moving towards 5G, BSNL is moving towards 2G. My do.= G2659001542 @BSNL_RJ @BSNLCorporate.

@AshwiniVaishnaw @nsitharaman Whenever we book on faulty land line, within 5-6 hours, we get an SMS that your complaint has been resolved...How do you expect BSNL survival? I am a regular income taxpayer, but now feel guilty as my money is in very inefficient hands.

@KULDEEPTANWAR4 Did you ever experience customer service at BSNL ? The ladies on counters chat amongst themselves while asking you to wait whereas some will be knitting sweaters! They were paid obscene salaries on top loading cost of inefficiency on customers. Inhe bandh hona hi tha .
