    Writing to you directly because I'm tired of complaining again and again to local BSNL Office. Since last two-three months there is no proper broadband connection on my broadband service. I hope you will try to solve my problem. @BSNLCorporate

    Dear @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW my father sim is not working, incoming and outgoing calls are stoped so when we went to the bsnl office,pin code - 274001 2 days before today is the 3rd day on 1st day said in evening the sim will get started but its not !!

    @DoT_India All team of bsnl includes worst vendor of my area Chandni Chowk Street Kolkata never helped as I was struggling to get internet connectivity. Worst worst experience sir. Thank you so much for the kind reply. Hope the thing will be solve.

    @BSNLCorporate Sir, The bsnl itself putting themselves down by not providing services to customers. But company has the worst Fibre broadband providing vendor.

    @BSNL_CHTD Upon my complaint on landline 28111058 BSNL staff Rajni asked us to change electrical wire and even after change it is not working . 93 year old suffers. request immediate attention

    @BSNLCorporate i am waiting sir.... i forwarded my call to my alternate no. and you can check sir... i know that Bsnl services are the best than others but biggest problem about network connectivity.... so, plz resolve this issue as soon as possible...
