    Writing to you directly because I'm tired of complaining again and again to local BSNL Office. Since last two-three months there is no proper broadband connection on my broadband service. I hope you will try to solve my problem. @BSNLCorporate

    @bsnl_tt Pl. accord high priority to 4G/4G+ rollout in Kundanbagh/ UmaNagar/ Greenlands area as many senior civil servants & TS High Court judges are residing here with official BSNL connections, but data reception is often very poor & forced to take an Airtel no. also on personal acct.

    @rajnathsingh Post-sale Customer Support in PSUs needs to match Private sector. One bad customer support, bad name in industry. There is a difference between BSNL customer support & Airtel customer support. HAL should learn from what went wrong in Dhruv sale to Ecuador?

    /@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR I think there is no importance and no need of internet for people, BSNL And his staffs of our division thinks like this, so that I have complained for internet from morning but no result. No one is listening. Thanks BSNL for such service.

    @BSNL_OR The Problem is Internet service is down for atleast 5-10 days in a month. Being a Managerial Officer working from home I need internet literally everyday. It has come to my knowledge that with BSNL FIBRE NET, television services are also included which I have not received.

    @BSNL_RJ Hi Bsnl, one month back on 3rd i landed to UAE, before start my journey I got confirmation from customer care the international roaming is activated on my mobile number 9413970556, Now my mobile number is not working here,plz help me, I am completely stuck here.
