    @Airtel_Presence my broadband is not working from yesterday. I have raised request but there is no response. This is your condition in metro city. On what basis you clain yourself India's best network. Even BSNL broadband resolve issues within 4 hours that too in remote villages.

    @Sreeriyaa @Jairam_Ramesh No PSU are pillars...BSNL was pillar jab tak airtel nahi aaya becoz hume ro peetke vahi lena tha..bad service harassment n corruption..bill do tab bhi phone down...same with these GIC... Corruption no work..they need to compete with pvt players..cant enjoy on our taxes

    @BSNL_KOTD worst customer service none of them care customer experience and take complaints seriously even on Twitter. After recharging with ₹429 on bsnl I again need to recharge my Airtel number. @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @BSNL_BR No wonder why BSNL is always out of market competition, here i am using your services because of good network connectivity but everyday you have network outage for 4-5 hours or sometimes 1-2 days, either you guys are deep into corruption or govt is not paying you.

    @BABINJOSE @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate I want to escalate my grievance. Nobody is taking interest in the issue even after visiting local BSNL office. Is this how you maintain customer relationship ??
