    @BSNLCorporate Bsnl is solving complaints without visiting to customers home. Very frequent problem in my area that compalints are resolved within hours but actual issue resolved in days. Complaint no. 1056486326 on phone number 07172-294701

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL Pathetic service by BSNL. Our landline number at Thrithala area Palakkad Dt is out of order 80% of the time. My aged parents use this phone & I live in Delhi. Difficult to contact them. Can anyone please take care of the so called exchange issue?

    Yaksha Prashne-Pvt cellular operators depend only on BSNL for last mile connection. But hv better network/infra. How can they be better? @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @manojsinhabjp

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_AS what nonsense is this.....why is there not even 3g service at pincode 788724...i ported to bsnl thinking atleast i will get 3g service...but there is only 2g network available in my area ....no 3g at all

    @BSNLCorporate broadband fiber connection complaint not attended since 3 days.... Thats why customer going through jio!!! But i am still with BSNL and will be. Kindly improve the service for betterment of country.

    @BSNLCorporate These are the reasons why most people are not interested to use BSNL and porting to other providers. They have better service. SMS will enable only after 48 hrs of activation of a replaced SIM. What special security is in that? @BSNL_KL is silent and not responding to the tweet.
