    Complaint booked for the BSNL Landline No. 0612-2354019 remains unresolved. Staffs developed a Nobel way by simply sending a message declaring about “resolving” the fault, on paper, without bothering to visit the place. Is it a new image of India shining @

    @BSNL_AS My bsnl broadband billing address is wrong. Please correct that.I am calling since 6 months, call is not working. When I called your customer care. He said, call on the another number.Then I called on the second number then they also said, call on the second number 🙁

    @bsnlupe Hey I m from Ballia and I got connection of BSNL Fiber few month back . There is no battery back and Genrator service in BSNL office Ballia for Fiber connection.if electricity power outage . They couldn’t mange to get power supply for fiber users.@BSNLCorporate
