    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN Last two weeks, Every evening 5pm to next day morning 8am the "BSNL-Broadband" & internet service are stoped. Then, I complained against the issue on 198 toll free service number. And, they're tried to fix it in many ways but still the problem exists. Why?

    @airtelindia Due to the poor BSNL network, ported to Airtel on 26th Jan but found that the Airtel network is no better. There is frequent call drop and several complaints went unheeded except your people saying that things will get normal soon.(9437106581).

    @shaktisinhchau It's wrong to call Jio, Airtel and Vi 'niji swaarthi' companies. They operate on investments from investors and investors need a return. It's a business. They have to make profits, so does BSNL. With the pvt telcos, we would have had a really bad situation during the pandemic.

    @BSNLCorporate Today I replaced old defected SIM with new BSNL. Sim got activated but not receiving, sending SMS. Customer care number 1503 is not responding.

    BSNL broadband is the worst WiFi connection experience I've ever had. Literally not even a single day passes out without a problem @BSNLCorporate

    The funny thing about @BSNLCorporate is their services are down on the same day they have sent the bill. I think I must have done a world record of complaints within a year. No wonder, ppl don’t prefer BSNL.

    No response and no update on my complaint. This shows the highly efficient working of @BSNLCorporate Faridabad. Worst customer support and technical support. But BSNL Faridabad division would shamelessly send bills on time, but service never on time.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN Location - Sivakasi Bazaar Pin - 626123 Continuous interruption of bsnl mobile signal frm 04 Apr no network so unable to call use data connection in entire mentioned pincode. Complaint registered docket 3D05TN302162 without solving the issue it was closed

    @DoT_India It may be due to demographic factors as well. But none of them including Jio, Vi, BSNL and Airtel is taking care of this issue. Contacted all network providers from different sims and still no use. Please fix this issue as I changed my phone 3 times (2/3)
