    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN Last two weeks, Every evening 5pm to next day morning 8am the "BSNL-Broadband" & internet service are stoped. Then, I complained against the issue on 198 toll free service number. And, they're tried to fix it in many ways but still the problem exists. Why?

    @BSNLCorporate The complaint is not resolved as of yet. The officer told me there is no power backup at the particular mobile phone tower so the problem occurs. How come bsnl as service provider does not have power backup when normal electricity failure occurs?!

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @GoI_MeitY Dear sir, I have 3 connections of BSNL Prepaid. Here are two major problems with BSNL service. (1) Your 4G SIM does not work in all mobile handsets. Why (2) Even if it works in a handset, then very weak signals are available. Why ? 1/2

    @BSNL_OR Kindly look into one more issue. Landline 0661-2500645 in the name of SK Sharma, surrendered more then 1 year ago and made 2-3 visits after that, but the security amount has not been refunded yet. Is bsnl planning to convert the amount into fixed deposit or like????
