@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN Last two weeks, Every evening 5pm to next day morning 8am the "BSNL-Broadband" & internet service are stoped. Then, I complained against the issue on 198 toll free service number. And, they're tried to fix it in many ways but still the problem exists. Why?

Dear @AshwiniVaishnaw ji and @BSNLCorporate, It is utter disappointment having BSNL service. I had broadband and upon advise of engineers converted to ftth broadband. This is exam season and my son appearing CBSE 12th exams. After a days gap this is 4th day without internet.

@BSNLCorporate @haryanabsnl Hi, I am a BSNL FTTH connection user which is not working properly from last few days. It gets disconnected frequently through out the day and sometimes completely down. It becomes very hectic to work from home with this connection.
