Then, I complained against the issue on 198 toll free service number. And, they're tried to fix it in many ways but still the problem exists. Why?

I removed jio many months ago switched to Local broadband and Bsnl. Bsnl got down 2-3 time in month and even some time it doesn't happen.

Shekhar Bandaru (@BandaruShekhar) reported@Kiranhyd @SayantikaSays BSNL - 4 years, small towns, different states, same experience. Internet down, call technician, fixed in 10 mins unless any maintenance issue. If not fixed, directly call JE or AE, they'll get it fixed immediately. Once for an issue, JE, AE and 3 technicians came home to check.
