    I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

    @Shyamra42537029 @IM_Anshi21 I can understand about bsnl but in delhi vi has huge customer base than others they improved there service lot from previous quater jio was always worse here but i am facing issue with airtel from last month

    @JustCuriousMate You are mixing two things. Airtel, Jio support is also bad, as bad as BSNL. We just have online payments and do not have to stand in queue and do not feel the pain, which BSNL also now supports. Monopoly is the big evil, independent of whether Govt or Private.

    @ETMarkets Headline EPS matters less than three things: deal TCV and book-to-bill, whether the BSNL ramp-down drag has fully washed out of revenue, and the tone on discretionary/BFSI spend. Margin holding the 26%+ band despite those would say more than the print.

    @BSNLCorporate Dear @BSNLCorporate, When I called, I discovered that he had left BSNL long ago! This shows the complete lack of coordination and accountability in your system. This is exactly why people are moving to private operators. Reliable connectivity and prompt support matter.

    @IndianTechGuide Regular civilian cannot legally buy this device without government clearance. This hardware connects directly to satellites to keep military and disaster teams online when cell towers collapse. BSNL isn't trying to sell you a smartphone because they are busy locking down massive institutional contracts, Stop comparing a highly regulated survival tool to whatever Apple is selling this week

    This Service is allready going on in india. through "Imarsat" Satelite, own by Govt of India. Since last 20 to 25 Yrs. ago, it's Hand set is available in International Market in 40% Cost of present BSNL Cost. Not understand what New in This presentation ? BSNL Need to
