    For your information, our landline is the ONLY connection left in our entire area. People have disconnected the lines due to bad service. Still we have trusted BSNL and kept the connection alive. But all our complains fell on deaf ears since 3 months. It's really irritating.

    @TRAI BSNL Odisha has send me the bill for the month of June even if my phone is dead since27.5.2020 which I have paid also as I am going to surrender the phone(0674)2420900 today 30th Junefor BSNL very callous attitude & poor service.kindly look into the matter.

    @BSNL_OR Sir, I am a Customer of BSNL Cell One since it's inception. I am now residing in Bhubaneswar for last 02 years. But I find the service of BSNL Mobile Service in Bhubaneswar is very very poor with Call drops,No Connectivity, very slow internet. Please improve @PMOIndia

    Broadband plans from Airtel, BSNL, Tata Sky, Reliance Jio and others under Rs 1,000 @toi request you to give right information. Reliance Jio and Airtel's 4G network speed is very bad. Raised data speed issue since Feb and no resolution @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad Don’t understand how the other operators can provide uninterrupted service whereas the Govt owned n financed by taxpayers money our own BSNL failed miserably. I hv subscribe broad band n FTTH both, now planning to shift to Pvt operators.1/2

    @Naveen_Odisha WFH , we are working but bsnl internet is disrupted in between. Please provide good internet service so we can complete our work. No private isp atleast to compare. Think about you it sir.

    @DoT_India ,@rsprasad ,@TRAI My BSNL landline is dead frm 27th may20,my complain no.15486505242.even if repeated mails, twitter complains,mail to appellate authority,talking with customer care has no effect till date.more over BSNL has sent me the bill which is attached.very sad

    @BSNL_OR In technology age, BSNL odisha is still in stone age. Requested for connection> Delayed by months>wrong support provided>Technicians misbehaving>Rspctive Officials nt responding> complaints going unanswered We r tryng to WFH! No Data=No Work= Slow Economy @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR @rsprsad @DoT_India even if my repeated appeal BSNL not corrected my dead phone even if one month passed vide complain no.15486505242.hence I am compelled to surrender the landline on 28th June. Because of this poor support BSNL is at loss. Thank you BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR BSNL mobile internet not working at all. Internet speed very very slow. Very difficult situation. Please look into it ASAP.

    @manojsinhabjp I know because I complained repeatedly with mails, twitter,customer care,grievance cell.the local BSNL Odisha BBSR has taken a stand not to repair the phone.let me suffer .I am also not going to leave the complaint.Hence decided to surrender the phone on 28thjune

    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate #BSNL Broadband was worse than mobile data since 4 months. Now landline down since 1 month. But getting full bill for months service. After lodging complain the contact no of retired linesman are given via SMS. Unacceptable service by BSNL in Bhubaneswar.

    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD This z why BSNL Z WORST...its been more than 3 months we applied for fiberoptic connection,Called mr sarat kumar pradhan(sdvo Bhubaneswar) but they r only giving time,today we lost contract of 20 lakhs bcz of them @DoT_India GOD_HELPS_BSNL

    @reliancejio my service request number is SR00002KFSE3 which was of 10th August , but no response till now , I think BSNL broadband is much better now to resolve issues

    @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate Thank you BSNL for solving my issue that quick. I am very satisfied with BSNL Broadband. Previously service was not good in my area but from past few days it is just fabulous. I have only one suggestion, please make your website more better, it runs very very slowly.
