    @BSNLCorporate There is a serious net problem with bsnl ....our bankers pay rechargeable top-up amounts, our accounts are debited but payment confirmations are not received from bsnl.... very long 48 hours delayed for refund of payments unresponded by bsnl.

    Call 24x7 Customer Care numbers 0124-2641407 / 020-26231407 / 1860 233 1407 from MTNL / BSNL lines and Mobile / landlines of most private telecom operators in India only. All these numbers are not working @airindiain @HardeepSPuri

    @VVvithlani75 I believe there are not many towers in rural areas because of which this network issue is pertaining since years. And yet no proper attention is paid to it. Only if you have a BSNL sim, you’ll be able to get through the situation.

    @anupammishra91 @kktotlani If BSNL was of any use, it would have given some competition to private operators. What will actually happen is a duopoly btwn Jio and Bharti and bad days for consumers. Bye bye to affordable calling

    @BSNL_JK I have a bank WiFi connection . Number is 1912923134. The plan is 5 Mbps but I barely get 100 kbps. I have complained several times , it works for a day or two and the issue comes up again. I was on call for BSNL support for 2 hours without getting connected to any agent

    @BSNL_MH @BSNLCorporate sub no 1005636431 Landline was not working from mid February to 9 April due to issue from bsnl end. Still bill was generated. Please look into it as my parents are senior citizens 78 yrs old. Due lockdown cannot go to bsnl office. HELP

    These @Airtel_Presence have got some tie up issues with BSNL and other MSPs. So one can't either dial those numbers and receive OTPs sent from those MSPs server. So whoever is using BSNL services to send OTPs, you won't receive on Airtel Mumbai network.

    @srivatsayb @VyangyaPuraan BSNL service is worst since inception Contract will be awarded to those who deserved that. Being a government company doesn't a qualification to get government contracts.

    @BSNL_TN Hi, I have been requesting new air fibernet connection since February. Nobody from bsnl office is took it seriously. Half of the time office is closed. They never answer the phone calls. Worst service 👎🏻

    I can't even connect my phone to whatsapp web. @BSNLCorporate is so worst that work from home sucks. We need regulations to charge pathetic companies like BSNL to repay our bill amount and every single second we lost on our working hours. Shamelessness at it's peak.

    @BSNL_BR @bsnlbroadband for new FTTH connection Venders are charging Rs.5000+GST in Munger without bill. Then the no meaning of "waive off BSNL installation charges till 31 May 2021". Please provide the right solution & charges for new connection.

    I suggest all those who want to configure any fiber connection.Please prefer any other connection except poor BSNL.They are providing very poor services.They charged me 7000 for a bsnl fiber connection and after 5-6 months the speed reduced from 100MBPS to 1.8MBPS @BSNLCorporate
