Moh@n v@msi (@mhn_vam) reportedNo response from BSNL even after sending email regarding refund of security deposit for my closed copper broadband connection. My old copper broadband connection was closed during migration from Masab Tank to Bandlaguda Jagir because copper service was unavailable in the new area. As suggested by BSNL, FTTH connection was activated successfully with the same account details. However, the refundable security deposit amount is still pending. Requesting @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_tt @DoT_India to kindly look into this issue and help process the refund at the earliest. I can share connection/account details through DM if required.

They can actually sell solutions better too , that too right solutions. Technology driven businesses should appoint technical work force . Why building more top line, EBIDTA and cut down on people investments totally .
