@naalaYUCK BSNL ka internet use kr rha tha 6 mahine se WFH k liye. Itni pathetic service aur quality hai ki kya btau. Upar se koi ownership nahi. Surrendered BSNL broadband today.

@BSNLCorporate hello team I'm not happy with service I have opted for 200 MBPS plan which is bsnl so called premium plan & I'm gettin 20-30 MPBS over wifi & your technical team say that you'll get max 100-120 mbps & when I'm givin the disconnection request they r chargin panelty

I recently got Bsnl fiber connection and it's not been even a week and the net speed is being so poor in around here. Since last two days the net keeps on fluctuating and as usual there is no one to help. @BSNLCorporate

@BSNLCorporate i applied for new airfiber broadband connection and calling vendor from last 2weeks everyday he saying he will come tomorrow to check but not coming, this is the service are providing by BSNL. That's why people loosing there trust from BSNL

These issues and complaints are from the starting but when I asked them to replace the modem, they said you must have asked before! Like I'm the technician who knows the issue! Yesterday, it worked for a few hours after it was temporarily fixed, again it stopped today! #BSNL

@srivatsayb @vchetanraju1998 With due credit to INC for PSUs, we must acknowledge that INC grossly failed in accountability & efficiency. Ever experienced the filthy unreliable service by BSNL or state owned electric dist. co? I have & I don't want to use them, although I detest this BJP govt to the core!

@srivatsayb @nsitharaman Govts should not be in the business of business.I am tired of shoddy service,dysfunctional ATMs of PSBs, BSNL(Bhai Saab Nahi Lagta).Thank God that Telecom was deregulated. Look at recent manifestos. Govt Jobs, Why? You are safe irrespective of your performance.

@BSNLMH_Nagpur I have complaint for FTTH not working but no one has bothered to get the same repaired for my connection. BSNL Nagpur please look into the matter.
