Not recharge. there r voice only recharge on feature phones.. try that. V cannot complain 2 bsnl that y they cannot give me old ringdown dial phone now. World has moved on. It's like I'm being forced to get a wifi wherever I go. BSNL is the poorest. And what's the sense of calling it 5G if the network of not actually usable?
