    @BSNL_HP after 20 yrs cables still hanging on trees & roofs of houses.BSNL didnt find poles to hang cables in 20 yrs.I myself sometime climb 30 ft high to tie the cables after being damaged by people/high carriage vehicle.village Malan Nagrota Bagwan cir D/Sala

    @BSNLCorporate Unable to downgrade my Bharat fibre FTTH plan on BSNL website (options to upgrade only). Could you help me out? It is quite difficult for me to go to the nearest office for the same as i work in a hospital and its impossible to leave during the working hours.

    It's been like almost 1.5 year I got removed bsnl broadband connection but till now I haven't received my security charges or refund. Please provide me resolution regarding this. @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate I have recently switched my mother and brother mobile number to BSNL. The network speed is currently 3G but it's good in its field. I'm waiting for high speed 4G in Chennai. BSNL is most affordable and better service provider. But their is only few BSNL store needs more.

    @BSNLCorporate Don't switch to BSNL..they not support there own coustomer.. very bad service even I am posting lot of time ..we are facing network issues last 2year ..but not take action .no reply also..#BSNL gives the worst service in India.
