    We complained before several time there is no hearing,our problem is postponed as like we're taking service for free, if this continues in future the day is not far that the condition of jio will be worse than BSNL. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @BSNLCorporate we are facing pathetic service these days with recurrent issue of no internet on the ftth connection. Provider don't even inform about the down time nor respond to calls. Any issue happens take more than 2 days to resolve. Issue: bsnl Bihar, Sasaram

    @BSNLCorporate It is completely injustice to franchise. There is no ground examine or report provided to us from BSNL. There is no problem with our service. It is completely BSNL officials game. Pls investigate thoroughly on this.
