    @TCS @BSNLCorporate BSNL is providing worst service in POPSK, Bellary. People whose appointment are scheduled are sent back bcoz of network issues from past two days.

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate its one of the worst network I had took the plan of 80 Mbps Speed but I am getting 4.23 Mbps Speed I had completed to bsnl people but they are not neglecting it

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate @bsnl Our office uses your network for internet, it works for 2 days a weak later some problem arises and we don get internet. We feel it's better we do not have your connection and plz shut your operations. Thank you BSNL FOR YOUR WORST SERVICE EVER.

    @IndianTechGuide Is this done to push the usage and support BSNL ?? But it will be a loss for Vodafone which is also struggling with Jio and Airtel duopoly! Hope this has been thought through.

    @IndianTechGuide 4,200 connections is tiny. The signal isn't. ₹1.64L Cr into BSNL revival + mandating departments to use it = investment + guaranteed demand. If the indigenous 4G/5G stack delivers, this is Atmanirbhar telecom. If not, subsidy by another name.

    @bsnl_care "Simply ignore them" is not a solution. By that logic, BSNL can send unlimited unwanted messages and customers should just keep ignoring them? I complained because my inbox is being flooded with repetitive promotional SMS that I never requested.

    @BSNLCorporate When is BSNL restarting Roaming in Mumbai for its BSNL customers Why are people of our beloved country Bharat taken for granted? Why is BSNL deceiving? Why is Honorable Minister Sir SILENT? Bharat Sanchar ka Network Limited, if it's proper why Government is not using it

    Your customer care is useless. What is the point of AI bots when they just raise a ticket and not take any action. How businesses with mediocre practices survive in India is beyond my understanding. Will go local + BSNL for voice now.

    @bsnl_care Once again, thanks for getting back to me regarding my issue. Please maintain this level of customer service with all customers of @BSNLCorporate then only #BSNL will become number one #telecom service provider in our country as it was earlier long long ago. Jai hind 🇮🇳

    @ViCustomerCare Seriously? I ported to your service from Bsnl, the sim provided was faulty and lesser I know boarded flight to different country, now been 4 months no resolution, customer care is so pathetic keep asking same documents again and again. Can’t do bank transfer nothing . Worst ever
