    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate @bsnl Our office uses your network for internet, it works for 2 days a weak later some problem arises and we don get internet. We feel it's better we do not have your connection and plz shut your operations. Thank you BSNL FOR YOUR WORST SERVICE EVER.

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate its one of the worst network I had took the plan of 80 Mbps Speed but I am getting 4.23 Mbps Speed I had completed to bsnl people but they are not neglecting it

    @BSNLCorporate It's really frustrating. I asked your csa for waiver in my bill. They told me to go to the nearest bsnl ofc. My husband went all the way to the ofc. And again they r telling us to contact 1500. Seriously? Was it my mistake for choosing your network.

    @BSNL_BR Just waive off my monthly charges. Fed up with BSNL BB service and customer care. Totally wastage of time and money.

    @10digiapp kindly resolve my issue immediately or issue a refund for my payment. It has been more than 10 days since a BSNL sim card was delivered but hasn't been activated nor any response from the support team. Customer care no. is always engaged and no one answers that either

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_CHTD, I'm a user of the FTTH number 29588225. There's a Fiber cut and whole exchange was down on Saturday noon. Connection was restored only on Monday 10AM. So, with so many employees WFH 24x7, isn't there any team with BSNL to restore issues on Weekends?!??

    @Airtel_Presence According to ur advice yesterday I sent porting message to bsnl n received one message from Bsnl saying that not completed 90 days in service in Bsnl .. I think 🤔 two three days I have to wait..

    LD12771989 Registration Number for FTTH services, booked through self-care portal of BSNL. Done E-kyc and uploaded all the documents. No further response from team. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ Please look into it Also, still the customer care number is not dialling
