    @BSNLCorporate Dear BSNL probably I am first person in India who switch jio to BSNL and my mobile number is 8830418235 from Nanded Maharashtra but last 6 days my mobile internet is not working..I raised 5 Complaint but no response you r forcing me to switch #jio one more time.

    @njnrn Most of the staff at CSC Vijayanagar are employees of 3rd party service provider & not BSNL direct. As they don't get any incentive for the type of work you had, they don't care. I also faced similar instances of *server not working*.

    @njnrn In cases like yours, I wonder why the personnel didn't act before. You had the privilege of social media, your mom is an ex-employee. What if it was a daily wage worker using a BSNL SIM because it's affordable to him? Why wouldn't BSNL be prompt in service for everyone?

    @njnrn I had a similar experience where the customer care guy went on a mission to enable volte for me. Reaching the good guys at bsnl is hard, but once you do reach them they will put maximum effort to fix it.

    @njnrn When I moved to Bengaluru in 2016, I didn’t receive the #BSNL network in my apartment. After I raised a complaint online, a BSNL representative personally came to check whether there was coverage. Unfortunately I was not available at apartment due to office.

    That's not what most of us remember. Most of us remember the days when we waited for multiple weeks for BSNL to fix after logging complaint on 198. And then "visiting exchange to speak to SDO sahab" Just being honest! :-)

    @njnrn I hv faced a similar issue when I lost my sim card.I reached the BSNL office for re issue of my sim card and their reply shocked me.They said that you have to go to the BSNL office of same circle from where you have taken Sim.Due to this I had to travel from Tamilnadu to Kolkata

    @njnrn Always directly speak to higher senior officers (Area manager or DGM/GM)for any issues in BSNL if lower grade staff is indifferent. Most likely you will get a speedy resolution of your problems.

    The BSNL is conscientiously following this principle of denying the refund of deposit on stoppage of service. My deposit remains with BSNL from 2016 though I surrendered my broadband connection.

    @njnrn Had a similar problem, was using the sim for 12+ years, sim blocked. Had to visit 5 times to get new sim, got it port from BSNL and never went back
