    @BSNLCorporate Dear BSNL probably I am first person in India who switch jio to BSNL and my mobile number is 8830418235 from Nanded Maharashtra but last 6 days my mobile internet is not working..I raised 5 Complaint but no response you r forcing me to switch #jio one more time.

    @bsnl_tt @bsnl_ap_circle My BSNL mobile phone not working since two days saying 'SIM2 not allowed'; It's not rectified even after change of Sim position to SIM1. Online customer care not allowing me to register a complaint as it's asking OTP. Pl suggest for getting it rectified

    @FizPercy Problem is govn doesn't want bsnl to be compete with private players. Otherwise their tax revenue will be hurt.

    @rsprasad Sir, No doubt tarrif of BSNL is quite reasonable compare to other service provider. But it is going in vain because data speed is very poor. No proper network. No 4g network. When ever I recharge my mobile. I m not getting proper value of money.

    @BSNLCorporate Who is the concerned account officer? That is what I am asking. Pls share a contact from Bsnl Bangalore who will respond and do the needful. Pls understand general statement like "find someone and contact" will not solve the issue. This just looks like delaying resolution at best

    @bsnl_ap_circle I was using Bsnl broadband and it’s frustrating. Network keep on disconnecting every 5 or 10 mins. The internet connection was really not stable. Kindly hep me resolve this issue asap. Mobile : 9611485757 : landline no : 08832458141

    I face slow internet problem in my area. Whenever electricity is absent BSNL network switch to 2G from 3G, please solve the problem. Location:- balawala District:- dehradun State:- uttarakhand
