    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR My BSNL Bharat Fiber is down since yesterday morning complaint lodged.. Not Corrected till now ISDN: 07692-291025 Fault Booking Number 16780850381 Baripada BSNL office always delays to take up these issue.

    @BSNLCorporate Still a dream to get interruption free data service my humble request to BSNL pls look into the issue else we have to quit bsnl no other choice.

    @rsprasad Sir my FTTH connection not functioning since last 5 days. My complaint dt sept 19th shown as 'resolved' falsely without doing any repair. No response from BSNL. My phone number 06792-295120.Children online education hampering. Please do the needful.

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL network is very poor in Odisha, Mayurbhanj. There is no 4G Tower In Mayurbhanj So BSNL customers do not get 4G connection .

    My first SIM was BSNL, the Student Power plan with ₹99 monthly rental. It was truly revolutionary back in 2003. I was doing my Diploma then and BSNL was offering this plan to students on a bonafide certificate. The craze was such that even teachers used students’ bonafide certificates to get the card for themselves. At that time, other postpaid plans were around ₹200 per month, and the moment this launched, all operators were forced to reduce their rentals. That was the moment when BSNL could have been pushed further and strengthened, but instead the focus shifted towards private players. Today the situation is such that despite being affordable, BSNL struggles with basic network quality and still lacks proper 5G, with speeds that often don’t match expectations.

    Ppl - DON'T TAKE #BSNL connection. It won't work properly. It has lots of issues - Unstable 4G, call forwarding doesn't work in #BSNL, Call to cust care doesn't work. If we raise comp, @BSNLCorporate fellows close it w/o rectifying the prob. They just want salary w/o hard work.💦

    @bsnl_care 8th Day No Internet!! The following is 3rd party service provider on behalf of BSNL "Franchise/Tip: M/s  C N Star TV Network" namely "Mr Naresh #8919092965" is extremely unprofessional & Unreliable. Please Help us customers and more importantly BSNL by replacing him Immediately!!

    Facing repeated network outages with BSNL in Bhopalgarh342603.On 17-04-2026, network was down from ~7 PM to 12 midnight.Again today, network was unavailable from 8 PM to 9 PM.Frequent outages are seriously affecting communication,financial and urgent needs action @BSNLCorporate

    @TelecomTalk I've been a fortunate BSNL broadband customer for 2 years without any issues. Sometimes heavy rain or construction in my village causes the wires to break, but they always come to fix them within a day.
