    @rsprasad Sir my FTTH connection not functioning since last 5 days. My complaint dt sept 19th shown as 'resolved' falsely without doing any repair. No response from BSNL. My phone number 06792-295120.Children online education hampering. Please do the needful.

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL network is very poor in Odisha, Mayurbhanj. There is no 4G Tower In Mayurbhanj So BSNL customers do not get 4G connection .

    If all private companies and schools go online, data consumption will increase too. What will PM Modi do in that regard? Since BSNL is hardly useful for stable Wi-Fi, dependency will shift towards private telecom companies, and these companies have already increased data prices by 25% (likely to increase more in 2026-27). Regulation should happen simultaneously, not just asking people to adjust without providing an existing solution.

    @BSNLCorporate I have bought a new sim but can't activate bsnl tv and also can't use it. Your customer care doesn't do anything and gives fake update of restored. Your bitv doesn't support new sim activation plan support. Your indoor coverage is trash in my area, other areas are good.

    @bsnl_care I’m unable to get proper support on BSNL helpline 1800-180-1503. Calls often do not connect, and when they do, I am kept on hold for several minutes and then the call gets disconnected. Please help resolve this issue and provide proper assistance for my query.#BSNL

    @bsnlpune @BSNLCorporate Dear BSNL , I am using BSNL mobile since 2007. But now a days I am fade up with your network issues and PORTING my number to other service providers. I am helpless but to change. I was proud when I am using BSNL mobile but quality speaks.
