India Post (@IndiaPostOffice) reported@thanikapriya91 Sir/Madam, It is kindly informed that the network connectivity was down at Arakkonam HO since morning on 08.04.2026. The issue was escalated and BSNL officials worked on its rectification by replacing the torn cables through out the day after which the connectivity resumed at early morning on 09.04.2026. Inconvenience caused in this regard is highly regretted. Assuring you of best service always.

I bought last year a BSNL 5G sim of Kolkata ,west bengal circle but surprisingly there is no 3G or 4G network till today.

But ₹1 recharge is not available online. When will it be available online. If not, pls help. Otherwise, we have to cancel porting request.

Gurumoorti hegde (@guru3ti) reportedMaintaining a dual SIM is painful you are literally paying double. And you can’t disconnect one due to poor network coverage in native areas. These providers including BSNL are looting. Simple calling plan, feels like basic is missing !
