    @BSNLCorporate on the Ganesh chaturthi, there is no internet in Bsnl chandrapura, under Dhanbad circle..no helpline also giving exact server restore...whole day no internet..shame on your service ..provide a helpline no about network restore asap.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw you had told BSNL staff to perform or perish has had no effect.The BharatNet public private project has failed due to ownership of service levels and the passing the buck game is going on.The speed is pathetic not as per plan

    .. 2 ... to look on it and save first Company of India , because, we general public depend on BSNL. It is experienced that in remote area where other companies fail to provide net connection though slow but BSNL providing.

    @MTNLOfficial sir in EKTA APPARTMENT in Paschim vihar 110063 near jawla heri market there is huge network issue of bsnl/mtnl kindly take try to solve it with convenient service for public approch.thanku sir

    @BSNLCorporate There is no network for BSNL mobile service in my area since yesterday ie 29th August 2022. Area:- Near ASEB Sub station, Narengi Chandrapur Road, Narengi, Guwahati -781026, Assam. Kindly look into the matter.

    @BSNL_TN My broadband(044-27482153) is giving frequent problem(getting disconnected), already 2 times complaint registerd, complaint was closed but still the problem exists, didn't expect such service from bsnl,this problem is making me to think otherwise, please help9406907829

    @mtnl sir here in PASCHIM VIHAR 110063 Near jawla heri market beside of fire station paschim vihar mtnl network is not reachable so Kindle glimpse of my concern and make it possible or reachable bsnl /mtnl network for their user sir 9472017885.@TRAI @AshwiniVaishnaw sir

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNLCorporate Sorry to say Condition of Bsnl in India is very worst INDIAN first government telecom company has weakest network and other telecom companies have started 5g service in country but BSNL is on maximum 2g ang 3g service Shame on this first telecom company. I suggest close this

    @AshwiniVaishnaw BharatNet we complain to BSNL they direct us to pvt partner nd he points towards BSNL for pathetic erratic speed Wht shld customer do .The promptness in bill collection should also reflect in the service levels
