    @bsnl_ap_circle We checked bsnl balance now but we didn't see any refund amount.Too much days delay this issue regarding refund.

    @manojkumargujju @bidishapsgs @rahulroushan How many crores of tax payers money is going in drain because of BSNL and its staffs. You go to their office and see how they respond. Useless people. Never attend complaint and no responsibility. Better to shut down BSNL soon.

    @BSNLCorporate. Deteriorating BSNL, applied for new bsnl FTTH connection 2 weeks back no call from sales team. approached in twitter said area not feasible which is false info. my neighbor taken ftth connection 4months back. This shows how worst the bsnl twitter team works.

    @BSNLCorporate Someone is sending out these SMSes with the given private phone number as BSNL customer care for eKYC process I think. Obviously a scam it seems. Why don't you call up the person who's phone number is given in the screenshot?
