    @91_ngm Sorry for inconvenience caused to you. Speed improved by much extent but at night it may get speed fluctuation due to heavy traffic. Bandwidth upgradation from back end is continuously in progress for further improvement in speed. Stay with BSNL. You are our esteemed Customer.

    @Smartprix Don't even talk about BSNL it is the worst network 3G 4G doesn't work properly and 5G only west bengal

    @PankajS42013109 We are keen to resolve your problem. BSNL Punjab is planing 4G as per Govt of India guideline . We assure you better service. Please stay with BSNL

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate I have ported out my SIM to Airtel but why hasn’t my BSNL SIM been deactivated ? I have 2 active SIMs now. I can DM you my number to sort out this issue.

    @BSNLCorporate I really feel sorry for BSNL but because of these kind of delay in decision making, the company is losing customer every day. In my family we had 5 BSNL SIMs but now only I am having BSNL service. All other family members have migrated to other services

    @BSNL_KL Optical fibre network is not working properly since 2 months... No response from bsnl angamaly office nor thavalappara office. What a worst customer service!! PS: This problem is persisting in entire region of Thavalappara exchange.Whom to address greviance??

    @BSNLCorporate Its again down since 26th February early morning and we are not getting response. Raised complaint 130764052642 and they have closed it without resolving the issue. Its really pathetic & very poor service. We are not expecting this kind of service from bsnl.
