    @cgm_mh_bsnl Goa BSNL General Manager need to be on Twitter to understand the problems Goa bsnl customers. Service quality is very poor in Goa , JTo , SDM are not attending calls. I think Goa is under Maharastra circle @BSNLCorporate

    @Raiajit17 @Srikanth4Bharat @satishacharya Why no 4G spectrum given to BSNL by the government, why are their employees forced to leave job and given VRS? Isn't Reliance planning to take-over BSNL by reducing its market value and cutting down the cost by sacking the employees and paying through the tax-payers money?

    I am using 2 official (08322865210 & 08322865774) and 2 personal( 08322663665 & 08322715606) BSNL Land line and Broadbad. Last 15 days service is irregular and customer care is missing @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate Telephone and broadband is working now after taking to task field staff today by myself . This tweeter complaint is sleeping since 6 days with just assurance. I'll have to see how long my phone will work. BSNL staff are also responsible for downfall of once respected DOT

    pipelines, and FFS BSNL wires. then community issues. on top of this incessant rains. So this Sunday went to temple. meditated for couple of hours. Kept saying sorry n thank you. Next day randomly old records were found. rains stopped. yesterday light board and bsnl cleared.(3/3)

    @JM_Scindia I stayed in Kerala for 18 days and did not face a single network issue there. But in our Satara SSA, even basic customer calls are not answered—let alone network concerns. There are several locations in our district where BSNL has been paying rent unnecessarily for the past 6 to 7 years. These places have simply been acquired, but the BTS units are not operational. For example, in my in-laws’ village, a tower was erected 7 to 8 years ago, yet BSNL continues to pay rent without utilizing it. How can customers receive service in such conditions? Sir, we may be retired personnel, but should we accept that this is how things will continue?

    Hi @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR, I bought a new BSNL SIM on Friday. The retailer has already done the FRC recharge and I also completed tele-verification. Still my SIM (8895205015) is not active – no outgoing or incoming calls. Customer care asks to contact retailer, but FRC is done.

    Why would they need 100 sites while bsnl is one across the nation . Domain names and the work must be costing crores of money but sites created by achoo students for 1000 rupees. Raised service requests 6 times over phone
