What about landline service which we were using for last 25 years, they don’t attend complaints of land line. I am using BSNL mobile which is 3G, private operators are offering 4G and shortly they will offer 5G,BSNL has no access to 4/5G

This shows ppl’s lack of willingness to hold govt accountable for the bad state of BSNL. Thus the private duopoly takes over and companies just do their business. The same set of guys like you compare an AI power guzzling company to Infosys and TCS and wonder why aren’t they growing. These companies have heavily bled in the past and will always look to Vodafone for what happened and how everything went haywire. Profit in a low cost rate card vs the world is non-negotiable If you want a govt solution, port your sim to BSNL.
