    @bsnl_tt my bsnl sim card network is gone since yesterday 5.40pm ... tried all methods restarted and reinserted the sim .. but nothing worked .... what's the solution?

    @sumanthraman @rvaidya2000 I had BSNL fiber and gave it back. Without going into speeds, reliability and all - the fundamental issue is that this is outsourced and BSNL employees themselves struggle to get answers from these folks ! Tbh, the BSNL employees genuinely wanted to help, but couldn't.

    @sumanthraman Doc,I got it done for my parents after multiple complaints. It is fully outsourced to private contractors who charge huge sum for installation although BSNL offered it free till Jan22 . Connection is not good either and slow. Go for tata sky Fibre, very good

    @bsnl_bangalore @FiberISP having tough time with your connection , it’s been a month I have moved to Bsnl Fibernet and it’s not at all working either the server is down or most of times there is no internet . Kindly help out , been following up with your team with no outcome.

    @PraveenParihar1 @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ People want to support BSNL but because of their service and support for Land line, broad band and in mobile service, biggest issue with their employees their are creating bad image of BSNL in front of consumer by nit providing good customer support in every issue.

    @sumanthraman @BSNL_CHTD BSNL has always been like this. Wish the govt improved the service than abandoning it. When I asked.fpr fiber net in my area which is just outside CBE corporation, they asked me to bring 25 people in my area for the connection. They could have said "No" instead

    @PMOIndia I'm requesting to you please grant the 4g and 5g spectrum for BSNL. We as middle class and a people from lower background also need internet and calling facilities why your government not approved the proposal of BSNL for 4g network spectrum. @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate
