I think Govt postal and BSNL / MTNL staff have decided to trouble customers so that the customers leave immediately. They are not losers. Their job is permanent. But in the process both the departments may not survive, the onslaught of privates players @rsprasad !!

@BSNLCorporate 03222 256164 ,again there is no Internet from 7am and now it's 8:26am. Serious issue in server. Bsnl guys fix the problem ASAP. My Home modem are absolutely working fine..

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Last 10 days before I switched from bsnl to airtel because I thought I would get a good service but it is totally opposite with my expectation. I think I need to switch it again to gain the good service which is not provided by airtel.
