    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 My biggest mistake choosing BSNL Recharged with BSNL 147 on 26 August and 107 on 27 August.still no incoming outgoing Called customer care 4 time issue not resolved.Need otp for urgent fund transfer.     @bsnl_care @bsnl_care @TRAI question is unanswered as working days given to complete KYC is not provided. Customer is 80 years old and was in rural area where there was no customer care. Upon return immediately he went to nearest customer care but was told that his number is deactivated as well as balance of 2000 rs. When you make this decision do you give proper timeline to the customer to compete KYC? Also did you send official message to this elderly customer regarding Kyc requirement as personal communication asking customer to complete KYC is suspicious as there is increased number of Cyber fraud. Please explain why customer has to believe if person is calling from BSNL if there is no message from BSNL as well as as from any official toll free numbers of BSNL office.

    @bsnl_care Still, no mobile network - unable to use any services. Please update what action has been taken until now. If BSNL is not able to provide proper services, why are you people being paid from Public tax money ?

    only 2 telecom operators in India have the full coverage with 2 others barely in the competition. Time for BSNL to reposition itself as a the “Most Secure” network to attract back those for whom such security matters and charge premium. This way, it can go up one level and create a niche like Blackberry did with its mobile device.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 I love using BSNL 4G Volte service in Kolkata since 2022 and my before 4G I use BSNL 3G from 2014, take sim from Kolkata on 2014. I suggest BSNL please start 4G service in Village area soon.

    @bsnl_care there's no need to share my address bsnl number etc as it's not my individual issue. it's an overall issue for other states/circles bsnl users not getting any network while travelling to Mumbai and Delhi.

    29.8.26 Reminder 2 : SRH251196844006 created on 26.8.26 to get 25 years post paid ported back to bsnl, google pay recognises number as post paid bsnl but self care doesn't.Each screenshot has date Issue not resolved @PMOIndia what स्वदेशी is this with such officer @cgm_mh_bsnl ?
