  @rsprasad Sir, Complaint registration number is 1049848974 had been given by bsnl many days ago. Today I received a sms by the said department that it has been solved. I called customer care & replied that can’t help. So requests your self look this matter!

  @ahmedalifayyaz I am reminded of 2014 floods, every alarm bells failed, people at helm of affairs was heard saying Govt is nowhere, administration has failed, I was surprisingly making alarms for rescue required in area but for deaf ears of administration. BSNL could never restore services

  Worst service ever. No wonder people are choosing jio and airtel over bsnl anyday. Team please look into the issue. I have paid my October bill through paytm and I have got the ref no for the same but still in bsnl records it's showing the bill has not been paid. @BSNLCorporate
