Medical claim is a big issue. Please cover all bsnl employees in normal central govt cashless scheme or give a good medical policy on company cost. As every private company gives that benefit to employees.

Hi @Airtel_Presence continueing. This horrible service in my area is since many years. That's why out of 3 airtel nos I've closed one b4 one year. Second 8569847588 closed recently. And 4 this 3rd one, high time to shift to Jio or even BSNL, WHOSE 3G speed is better than your 4G.

@AshwiniVaishnaw sir, All BSNL employees are ready to work hard, not only that, but already working even in adverse conditions. But a mentally secure and fit mind can give his best. BSNL employees have not given pay commission till now. Many pay issues pending in courts.

When you chat with Jio customer service and seek the details of grievance officer to escalate the issue , the Jio says they dont have any such redressal officer ! These Service providers are looting customer whether its bsnl , jio or Airtel ! Sad state of affairs . Its a big scam

@omprakash_0611 @gchikermane ICICI solves every problem of customers within an hour in a single visit. SBI 5-6 visit, still they fail... Huge difference in service quality. BSNL once the internet(overpriced) need service, it takes them 3 days. Jio Airtel or any local broadband, fix it within an hour.
