    @BSNL_TN it seems BSNL doesn’t want any new business and they are happy with it. These such kind of customer handling going to push BSNL out of business. @BSNLCorporate

    Poor network for last three days..Not able to connect internet for an hour continuosly and even the total tower downs so that not able to make calls too.. Totally disappointed #BSNL @BSNLCorporate

    @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care there any official daily outage schedule for BSNL Bharat Fibre? Our Wi-Fi is frequently unavailable for 3–5 hours every day. Please clarify whether this is a scheduled outage or a technical issue and provide a permanent solution.

    @Siva_Bharani In Chennai all networks is worst, in Salem, kovai, dindigul, Madurai Jio & BSNL is good.

Online KYC availability does not necessarily mean that SIM delivery is currently available at every PIN code, as delivery depends on local service and logistics feasibility.     @TRAI We demand at least a stable 4g network with speeds of 15 mbps For smooth study process. Because 5g has no indoor coverage. Even in urban areas. Please revive BSNL You have to end duopoly of jio and airtel.

    @BSNL_GJ @TRAI @PMOIndia The problem of data is secondary.. if you provide 2g or 3g bsnl to 99.9% coverage it's the worth it. We not want to fast internet. We want stable internet and stable call network. Can you provide this?

    The pathetic service of Indian Post Office. I had to send a small important letter from Greater noida to Haldwani. I visited the post office at AWHO There was a long winding queue of senior citizens, ladies and other commoners. The staff at the window was so slow that it seemed ages before one customer was attended. I waited for about half an hour in the sweltering heat and then decided to leave and try another post office. I went to the post office at Alpha sector. There I could see a larger queue of people waiting their turn.Finally I sent my letter through Blue Dart , a private courier by coughing up ₹400, which could have been sent by India Post With ₹60 or so. The service at the post office reminded me of BSNL which killed its own business by lack of concern towards its customers. India Post is a big name and should remain so. I wish the authorities would find ways and means to upgrade the facilities at the post office AWHO, greater noida, pin 201315. Thanks.
